Reason for NZDUSD to drop 1. The price has reached weekly resistance. 2. Candlestick shows rejection at that level indicated loss momentum of buyer. 3. It reached one of the points of Fib Retracement.

The price didn't pass the Fib Retracement point creating a new support. It is possible to bounce back from previous support and go up to the strong SnR or if it breaks the support, bearish momentum takes place. My students will know how to get a premature point by using Fib Retracement and Fib Extension which mostly the price will bounce from that point.
