A. Euro should surge if GDP is positive, it should surge even more if US retail sails is not good.

I just wonder is it possible to find such a bull that could enter stocks in 210-220?
I am sure there are plenty of bulls who will leave stocks in 210-220.
So what do we have? Crowd waiting for 210-220, but on other hand if crowd is waiting it never happen. Right? So will we reach 210-220? Or we crash now?
