$SLV Suprisingly trailing far behind $GLD in last one year. It is trying to break out few times and OOPS!.... Comes right back. Even now with the market selloff the story is no different. Relative strength is improving with MACD positive anytime. Just be patient.

If you want to play $NIO short term. Looking good. Thats a decent Breakout and confirmation. Stopped out right at 4.25 fib level and ready to run to $4.5 and if enough volume it can move on to $5 targets
