No doubt there’s a scheduled ECB policy today. And perhaps with a possible status quo (on rate or stimulus wise) – EURO can rise against USD, maybe stretching towards 1.1140. But other than this - EUR looks bearish as seen in the chart, 200EMA has crossed 50 from below.
a move towards arnd 66.52 will complete neckline of outer (and more realistic) H&S...so from CMP risky Short call. If it does reach 66.52 then a definite Long from 66.52 towards 67.80
