For a long time BTC has been zoning around the 23k level. This was indeed a big step up from the 16k level it had been zoning around for a terrifyingly long time as well. As you can see in the chart, everything is about to change. The green lines point towards a clear upward move anywhere near the next 3 weeks. If this happens indeed, i would expect a small bounce...
