The price was ready to break the resistance at 3620 (sept, 22, 10p.m. UTC), but someone wealthy put sell wall of ~1500 btc at 3650 (only this one row is usd $ 5'500'000).. and all patterns has become meaningless :) (I'm talking about bitfinex. dont know about others..) As a result - price faced a resistance and waits for the command will be issued. But...
