Looks like a nice D shaped balanced distribution growing down to 9.75. Could distribute volume nice and evenly throughout the profile and leave a range expansion tail down to the Fib confluence level from 2 timeframes modeled from the volume center points. Relevance in past years for the 9.75 level is visible.

IMO, an aggressive buyer from 13 would have been able to take out the short established positions above it at 25 and 19. It has yet to do that, but it did respond to the 1995 fair price at 13.
