Green line are when the tech bubble occurred. I assume that the institutional investors have rotated into different sectors away from tech and re-entry will be support of the original channel before breakout, with support being 550. Anything below 550 I will see as overselling and the best buy range for long term positions. Not financial advice, just my take.
