Although GU and EU are currentlu bullish, i do see the dollar continuing to progress forward on the Bull side of things causing Fibre and Cable to create new lows. for the week of 9/18-9/23: we will have great opportunities for sells on a counter trend trade after taking LIQ and or hittng 50% on the HIGHER TF FIB
