Hi all, RLC has taken a beating lately. But it looks like it is possibly forming a reverse head and shoulders formation. Time will tell.
Looks like its forming a head and shoulders pattern after the crazy run up.
Looks like its going to consolidate with a rounded bottom. ETC had similar action after its breakout from 22 to 50. Could also be a reverse HS but looks more like this pattern to me.
