Just like last week, Friday dumped into some recovery. Sunday began a cascade drop after hitting a core downtrend line.
Hit the bottom of the fib, the only way now is up, first going 2.2. This is catching a falling knife. Stop loss tight and bail if Bitcoin goes under 60.4k
Taking a very liberal approach to TA, several price action sections have pointed towards converging at 65k. There's a slim chance that it would be a chance for reversal, as each dump has gotten both more sell intensive, yet falls less. Of course, it would be the end of the bull run indeed. You never know with these things.
As part of the other recurrent cycles, in the short term we may get a Wyckoffian spring, breaking under the channel and wicking up. I don't think it's going to go all the way to 68.8, but its a good entry.
A reason Iike guessing prices with patterns is that in the absence of shocks, the same pool of market participants are likely to respond in the same way. Each run has its own quirks and status quo for what is the correct TA, so each run has its own reactions.
Just like last week, will we get the same result from the same setup?
It's been the same every time on the channel. While this time may be different, we are still on the symmetrical pattern. I also see a lot of charts pointing to ever decreasing targets, which often means they are getting greedy. Follow the MM plan.
Looks like this could bart, unless it double barts.
More buyers showed up, but we're building a double top adam and eve style. Good point to attempt an early entry and frontrun the confirmation.
Despite market makers trying all morning to get to the top line resistance, the rally capped out at 71.4k, and has been deflating since. I believe it's likely it'll find a liquidity pocket in the upper 69k, possibly dipping to 68.8k. From there, a new rally can run from a higher entry to get past ATH.
May 13, Sunday, same setup. Commend yourself to history.
Ready to be wrong, this is the plan of the next three days.
I believe this time is different. Everyone will try to sell the halving story, but things have changed. It's hard to believe the same trick will work again, especially when the dynamics have shifted.
