Haven't updated the SP500 trend analysis for quite sometimes. But you may still refer to my three previous analysis in Feb and Mar on SP500 which basically point to the same conclusion that SP500 is in BEAR market. Again by applying the Elliot Wave Theory, SP500 is in classical 5-wave impulsive wave movement. As illustrated in the chart, 3386 starts wave 1. ...
Nothing to update. Please refer to my previous analysis which published several days ago. Must watch The link is appended below. The end of correction is too early. Probably, it is a bear market. Let's see what FED will do in the coming days. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mar 4 I refer to the...
I refer to the analysis I published last time. The five-wave ending diagonal from Jan 2019 to Feb 2020 ends dramatically following the fears of the pandemic widespread of coronavirus that may cause economic and financial repercussion to the global market. (Here I wish to make a remark to people applying Elliot Wave Theory. Sometimes the theory has its...
It is embarrassing to share S&P chart again after almost a year since early 2019. In my previous analysis, I failed to predict the short term movement. However, the time I shared the previous analysis was actually at the trough since 2019. (see my link below, actually the correction D and E waves were not realized.) This time I again use Elliot Wave Theory to...
First time ever to publish chart analysis with explanation to support my projection. Hello everyone, I am the believer of Elliot Wave Theory. The charts show both the Day chart and 4-Hour chart. 1. From the Day chart, since Jan 2018, HSI has been going ups and downs by ABC waves. It is still difficult to categorize whether the index is in bear market, but it...
Nasdaq futures are entering a bearish market. It's now probably moving in the shape of "expanding triangle". According to the pattern of "expanding triangle", prices will move in 5 waves with each of the wave in 3 smaller waves, i.e. 3-3-3-3-3. Prices are probably moving up and down between the "expanding triangle" as shown. The last wave is killing.
In bearish market, starting from Q2 of 2018, the Hang Seng Index (HSI) enters bearish market. According to EW Theory, bearish waves either move in 5 or 3 smaller waves. Waves are impulsive if they move in 5, or corrective if they move in 3. In 5, we will denote the waves in 1-5, while ABC are used for corrective waves. I am betting the HSI will have 5 waves to...
