We are targeting 38,300 area for a short position. limit short btc 38,000 and DCA till 38,300 with a stop loss of 38,800. Targets are green coloured and around 35,500 we will flip long.

BTC on the 4hr time frame .. we reached the extended target of wave 5 at 1.618 fib level. we could have a move downward to the green targets in the chart.

There is a bearish pattern ( bearish pennant ) on the 1hr frame. Target is yellow coloured. Also Btc is trading below the falling wedge ( orange coloured ) which is also bearish.

ETH/btc is an index for altcoins. Using Wolfe waves, there are another set of bullish waves which are blue coloured with numbers. Target for the 5th wave is 161% fib using AB=CD.

Btc bounced from 141% fib from 3 to 4 .. btc will turn bullish if retests 55,300 .. targets will be 58,000 and 59,300 and might extend to the white coloured trend from point 1 to 4. It’s important to hold 53,700 to remain bullish, otherwise might go downward to 52,400.
