Oh look, & we just lost the $7.60ish support—dun, dun, dun! Seems to me that we still need to hit that lower trend line at least once before ATHing again. Elsewise, we could pop up to $9.50ish to continue this boring flag. Or if people are really feel crazy, we could shoot up close to $13. But like I said, just under $6 seems the most magnetic to me. We shall see.
Who's ready for a holiday pump? I'm seeing either a double top back up to the lower $20's & then CRASH— Ooooooorrrrrrrrrr, we could pop all the way to $40 or if we skip ahead to the year 2023.75, we'll hit at least $400.
My instincts tell me that we need at least 1 more dip nearer to the lower red or black support lines, but here are some options on price-action. The yellow lines in the red circle might follow the blue arrow=Bullish Purple lines are extremely bearish.
Now that we've hit the moving average, might the blue box act as a possible support zone if there's a crash? Also, we have our cup, but where's our handle? Oh look, it's at the top of my blue box if we're bullish for September, or we might hit that bottom support first if we're bullish closer to December.
If so, let's test the recent top again. If we can't hold, then I'm still looking at closer to $7. With $5 being my lowest target—but only if we can't hold $7.75. Which I'm thinking we might hold for now. We'll see what Sunday brings. I've been trading Band pretty much daily for a year, & Sundays tend to be fun.
Seems like a long time without a larger correction. I'm looking at the middle rise of the most recent 'W', because it's a good support (just look at the past to see how many weeks touch that area) & it's a good entry target because the moving averages on the daily are just waiting to catch the price the next time there's any bad news—& there's always bad news,...
While we're likely headed back to $20ish anyway, I'm meaning sooner. I know I wouldn't be shocked if it hit closer to $10 in the next few days.
Well, this many green candles makes me wary of a drop to at least the last major support. With that being said, I'm still bullish beyond the next few days. Keep either a tight or a loose stop-loss.
Up or down? Today's close (or one over the next few days) might decide.
This is my first published analysis.
