Nearing trendline support at the 50 day MA. It's been keeping this trend for > 6 months. I don't expect anything to change. The $42 calls are not a bad price even for a month out.
Friday finished inside so going to start keeping an eye on Ford to see if it'll base out here and run again. If we can hold 15.08 Id look to go long again. But, if we can retrace under $15, the $15c would be a good price with at least a couple of weeks out. I'm being patient with this. It might just break $15 and retrace towards the 20 day.
Watching HD here for a potential reversal here. If we can reverse here my target will be around 321 again, so I'm looking at the July-August 320/325 debits. LOW has been in a tight range the past week. So maybe HD will just do the same? Going to have to wait and see who takes the lead.
Big liquidation break from UPS last week. The last two days have been inside so I'm looking to see if it is building a base for a reversal. If it can hold the 197 low I'd like it for a long.
DKNG is the third ticker I've seen that is retracing off the 200 day MA. I'll be looking at them as a group now to see if I can "follow the leader"
Similar to PTON, DDOG is coming off the 200 day MA. It is also on an uptrend so I would play the short side close/quick. I like the $88ps for this week if we can get some momentum downward.
EDIT has been falling since the start of the year. It looks like it might be leveling out finally. I'm going to be looking for longer-term calls, $45-50 strike, for the next earnings date in August.
ABNB coming off a big resistance point at 145. I still like it long so I'm using this retrace as a potential entry. If it starts going for 145 again I will probably look to a credit spread under 135 for this week to start.
PTON coming off the 200 day MA. Since it's an uptrend, I would play the short side, carefully and quickly. I'm looking at the $105 puts for this week if it continues to retrace.
AAPL is nearing a major trendline support area. It has used this level before to bounce so I'm watching it closely to see if it'll do it again. I'm looking at calls $127-130 with at least a couple of weeks of time if it does bounce here.
Back down to a major support level. Not much support after here so $60 is possible if it doesn't hold. I am expecting it to hold though. Depending on what happens I'm looking at the June 21 80 calls or 65 puts.
SPOT - Friday was the first green inside day in a while. Hopefully Monday will tell us if it's an inside day to reverse up or down. The June 280 calls are actually not bad for a potential lotto. I might look at those if we reverse here.
TWTR looks like it could be reversing here. I'm not convinced yet but watching it close. If it can break through that trendline and build up volume I will look to go long.
Getting close to the resistance at $12. We've been in a small 20 cent range since Apr 29th. If we can break out of here I will be targeting the high from the week of Apr 26 which is $12.60. So far it looks like it will just bounce down but I'm keeping an eye on it in case it breaks through. If there's a move I will probably use the 12 calls with at least a couple...
GE is getting close to a breakout. We need volume to start picking up here to confirm the up move. So far its just OK, but the options are cheap so it wouldn't take much for exposure to a move. The short term play I'm looking at are the 13.5 calls for June 11th or 25th. Long term I'm interested in the 15 calls for Jan 22.
QCOM briefly broke a big resistance level at 140 but quickly shot down. I still like it long for now so I'm using this as an opportunity for entry.
Getting a retrace back to the channel. I like AMD long so I will be waiting for a bounce. Around $78-80 would be what I will be targeting. I don't think we'll go all the way to the ~$74 area but we'll see how the week goes. If we end up starting a correction in the overall market we could we the lower end of the channel.
Again back at the 100 day MA, it has used this as support for a long time so there could be high probability plays off this. I'll be watching very closely to see what kind of reaction we are going to get. So far there is some bullish divergence forming on the lower timeframes so we'll see if that ends up panning out.
