ETHERIUM just broke a key level on a bullish BOS. This looks like it can go pretty high here. I have 4134 set as a possible level for TP, but we could be on the way to a new ATH

Volume appears to be reaching break level. We see it going down throughout the range and starting to come up today. Typically this means we're leaving the range, let's see if we go up or down here.
