Bouncing between levels 1,2,3 is unpredictable . Balanced movement will cause a bounce up from the level 3 after the 1 wawe, I suppose it is most likely to happen,also because of the psychological importance of the 20k satoshis level . Not sure about the price at the entry point, but APPC is a highly persperctive project getting a lot of attention from the community, 100% will catch a nice growth dynamics. Buying now is quite risky but worth it. 400-550% by the end of #4.
