After a big move down, the Stochastic RSI is at 92, overbought, when logically it should be way oversold. There's no retail interest, even though it's relatively cheap, so if I were a whale, I'd try to drive the price even lower. Hard to say where the next solid support is, because I haven't actually checked. Lower lows to come.
Hoping for any pump that doesn't include anyone using the damn thing is meaningless. Ask your normie friend if he/she (haha) is into Bitcoin, and they'll say "didn't that crash, and you can't buy anything that isn't on the dark web or Open Bazaar?" What's your answer? Investment pump and dumpers are "coming?" Great. Which car could you buy cash a year ago, and...
This isn't really analysis, because all you can see is a dramatic selloff for no logical trading purpose. This is right after Dr. Wright, "Satoshi" or "Fake Satoshi," said he was going to fund his hash war against BCHABC by selling BTC for USD. I see people look at the hashrate, then look at the market, and they say "HA! BCH ABC has already won." Wrong. BCH is...
If you were able to hedge and buy up cheap Tether (USDT), congrats. Top of the candle on BTC would have broken the pattern, but the daily will end up well within range of this damn squeeze that, in my estimation, has been delayed until well into November thanks to the recent BTC selloff. I don't see this event as a momentum changer.
Did you ruin your finances, and therefore, your marriage betting grand on Bitcoin? Did you mortgage the townhouse @ $19k? It's okay, you will be divorced by your spouse. However, there is good news! Bitcoin might be at $8k in February, just in time to take out some youngster who thinks you'll be in Lambo city! $853k in 2030!
I called a drop to the bottom bollinger wave nearly two weeks of "Overbought" on RSI and Stochastic RSI. The price fell to the bottom and RSI and StochRSI are now oversold. Triangle looks ascending, but the bottom is a very slight incline. My prediction is that RSI will be overbought at mid resistance of the bollinger wave (near $6700) and shrink it, RSI resting...
I think you'd have to be the most optimistic trader to have this lack of doubt, but I see them all the time! ETF delay is promising; if they were going to reject it, they'd have just rejected it. The folks at the SEC just need to move their money to the right channels and have their nephew at NYU buy Bitcoin for them before they approve next month. Even with that,...
Ada has been one of the most bullish coins since the huge drop in ALTs after FOMO whales shorted BTC. I tend not to take the pump and dumps that frequent the non-USDT pairs; ADA had tentative and un-suspicious sideways-upward movement with enough momentum to keep bouncing off the 5min bollinger bands. It's been making "higher lows" and could break out of the...
Litecoin launched while there was growing public interest in crypto as a cheaper way to enter the market than fractioning BTC. Now, Ethereum Classic is being listed during a long bear market that hasn't signaled an end, a timid market and low public interest. ETC $20 is the moon? I sold it at $35 around the Callisto air drop, and this isn't even close. I guess I...
Looks like a sailboat, more like a bottom support of $1943 by September. These aren't random, you're being shaken out. It won't stop until the retail investor is gone. Jump ship and buy into a coin with an actual future, not one with a mystery inventor and centralized mining in one company that ruined Satoshi's vision in the first place. I don't touch it unless I...
In a near bottomless downtrend, it's time to assess Bitcoin as a functional asset. What is going to drive new volume into this currency? There are few advantages over others, and a lot of negatives: -mysterious creation/creator -public ledger -nearly 30% of mining done by Bitmain (that is NOT "decentralized") -Bitmain has near monopoly of ASIC miners -Bitmain...
This isn't a serious chart, but that is real trading terminology, I heard a guy at a hot dog stand near Wall Street. Anyways, I see charts here that just have up arrows, so... I wouldn't really care if this wasn't the "reserve currency" sucking the life out of almost everything. Nice growth with a few dumps most of last year, then the hysteria hit and we've got 4...
