I'm basing my prediction of the fact that NEO has hit a heavy resistance level, similar to eth not too long ago. Because of this I expect it to fall like so, either rallying one last time for a head and shoulders pattern, or falling to various areas of support and doing small corrections.

I see a bearish outlook on NEO because after such a big run and the amazing gains its put on, its bound to have to correct. And it already hit very strong resistance so I can expect a bearish fall. The same thing happened with ETH when it hit .078 not too long ago
