(a) low
(b) engulfed
(c) target 1
(d) target 2
In my opinion ,based on habit of the market,,the current price has a target on (c) or (d). Be aware on these levels.

I think there is an opportunity to buy ocean at price range 0.137.i will wait at that price. With stop loss at 0.11.with take a profit about 0.20
