On the 1hr chart, the candle pattern has been set for entry.. (Chart Below) Lets put the SL at the previous low, and TP at the next area of confluence which is at the (61.8) area..

AFTER A STRONG REJECTION FROM THE RESISTANCE LEVEL (LOOK AT PICTURE BELOW), A NEW LOW WAS MADE. SO AFTER THE STRONG PULL BACK AFTER HITTING A STRONG RESISTANCE AREA .WE ARE LOOKING FOR IT TO GO DOWN A HIT THE CONFLUENCE AREA WHEN ITS ALSO MET WITH THE 1.27 FIB EXT. LETS SEE HOW THIS ONE GOES

As you can see, it retraced all the way to do a double bottom, as it has previously did on Oct 14, but respected the trend line on the day chart (Picture below)... Im going to ride it up to previous area of confluence.. This is a 1:1 Ratio trade... Lets see hit goes..

As you can see after the large spike up, its now retracing to the 61.8 fib levels. 1:4 ratio trade. good luck

Lets see how this on goes.. On the 4hr timeframe i will be looking for a break out at the confluence area.. As you can see, my take profit is at the 61.8 fib level, and as you can see that area is a previous resistance zone..
