After an impulsive 5 wave with a little elongation in the wave 5, I guess EURUSD can start a bearish wave with the 3 shown targets. this analysis can fail if this bullish wave breakout the last high
Because of the trade war and some other fundamental reasons us, I think EURUSD can at least reach to shown target. i I have drawn one possible elliott Wave .
