I'm plan buy on running price now...
Coz the price above Middle bands n MA10...
If break them, I'm suggest buy again nearby lower bands 1.7040...TP near upper bands 1.7270
Now running gold 1783, today my plan sell gold 1783..
Next nearby 1800 average again sell (upper bands daily)
If break we wait n see until nearby 1840 we average again (middle bands weekly)
Gold price now 1768, today I'm wait n see first. Gold price can break 1775 or not...if can break wait until nearby 1790 then sell gold around 1790 area...cos yesterday couldn't break so gold price down again...
Running gold now 1776, trading plan sell gold now TP 1756..if break 1790 gold can reach 1825 (next sell), wait until 1850 sell again ..good for long term traders...
Gold price now 1764..my plans for today wait gold price break 1770 or not...if break I take buy position with TP 1790...if today not break upper BB I'm take sell position with TP 1730 (middle bands n MA10)
Running gold now 1714, today market must be volatile coz we wait fomc at 01.00 am...predict the fed raise interest rate from 1.75% to 2.5%...some planning like yesterday... after fed release their interest rate..we see again what happened...#herewego

Timeframe daily use Bollinger bands, try to reach 1740 n my plan buy limit at 1715 (MA10) if break next my plan buy again at 1696 (last close) , next wait until 1669 (lower bands) buy again...n wait until fomc the fed raise 75 basis poin...good buy position for long term...
Gold now running 1690,
timeframe 4h use Bollinger bands, the lower bands now could go down until 1676.
Timeframe 1d same use Bollinger too, gold price can go down to 1660.
Timeframe 1w same use Bollinger too, gold price try to break 1676 (last 18 mar 21)
My suggest:
Buy below 1700 (TP 1720), then buy again 1676 (TP 1720)
