IBB has bounced 2x of lower bollinger band and fib level. Keep in mind this is the monthly chart so risk is wide & the move will be slow but could be very large.
Risk about $30 for unlimited upside. If Hillary gets elected, all bets are off.

Power candle through 20sma and a series of higher highs and higher lows on the weekly.
I bought around $128 and sold near the close today. Likely heading higher so I'll be looking to re-enter on pullbacks.
