This chart is a technical analysis of Gold Spot (XAUUSD) against the U.S. Dollar on a 1-hour timeframe, showing a potential buy setup with price action zones and targets clearly marked:

Key Elements in the Chart:
Entry Zone: Between $3,030 - $3,035, marked in. This is the suggested buy area.
Stop Loss (SL): Set at $3,025.
Targets:
Initial Target: $3,047
Target 2: $3,060
Final Target: $3,075

The chart suggests that if the price dips into the entry zone, there is a high probability of a reversal to the upside.

1. Entry Zone = Demand Zone / Order Block
The Entry Zone ($3,030–$3,035) is most likely a Bullish Order Block (OB) — the last down move before a strong upward move.
Smart money tends to place buy orders here, as it’s a zone where liquidity is grabbed and positions are accumulated.
✅ 2. Liquidity Grab (Stop Hunt)
Price might drop just below recent lows into the entry zone, grabbing sell-side liquidity (retail stop losses) before pushing up.
This is classic SMC behavior: induce fear, collect liquidity, then reverse.
✅ 3. Market Structure
The price has shown bullish structure: higher highs and higher lows forming.
The retracement into the entry zone is a market structure shift (MSS) or breaker retest, indicating continuation upward.
✅ 4. Imbalance / FVG (Fair Value Gap)
There could be imbalances (thin price zones with little/no trades) on the way up. These are magnet areas for price.
The zones around $3,060 and $3,075 may also represent FVGs or liquidity pools, which price is likely to fill or tap into before reversing.
✅ 5. Targets = Liquidity Pools
$3,047 (Initial Target): Likely a minor liquidity zone or previous structure level.
$3,060 & $3,075: These are buy-side liquidity zones — areas where smart money expects clusters of stop losses from short sellers or take-profits from buyers.
🔐 Stop Loss = Below Demand Zone
SL at $3,025 is just below the order block (demand zone), where smart money won’t go unless invalidating the setup.
