LIVE ACCOUNT or PROP FIRM? A Comprehensive GuideIn this video I discuss the pros and cons of trading with a Live Account or with a Prop Firm Account. Hopefully, this will give you a better idea on what would be more ideal for your situation and style of trading. The FIVE factors I will talk about are: 1. Account Ownership 2. Regulations 3. Profit Potential 4. Financial Risk 5. Trading Rules At the end of the day, as a trader you should ALWAYS manage your money and your risk. Every choice you make is a trade. When you go to work, you trade your time for money. When you drink a bottle of coca cola you trade your health for quick gratification. Everything is a trade. If you go with a prop firm, treat it with the same respect as a live account. If you trade with a live account with a small balance, treat it like it is a large balance. Live Trading/Scalping METAHere I put the HTF analysis and algorithms that I posted in my video this morning to action. This was a lot of fun for me to do and I will start to "live trade" more often for you all if you find it helpful. I would think it gives a deeper insight into how I actually utilize my strategy in the markets by utilizing the higher time frame analysis that I give in my other videos. Winning Trades thanks to a clear Price Action readIn the video I talk through my trades on the DOW and reasoning for the executions. I aim to take some trades early in the session if they setup and we had a few good setups in a generally range bound market. I like to initially plan out the key levels using higher timeframe charts and then trade using the 5 min and 1min charts. By using a fast and slow MACD, I can define the short term momentum moves and then trade around them using the price action setups.
