Fundamental and statistical analysis method - ExplainedHi All,
I have been asked by few in comments and personally to post fundamental analysis of few other companies in similar way as that of FB and PYPL (as per linked ideas). Since, I will not be able to take all the requests, I thought I will make a video explaining how to do it yourself :)
⬜ Following things are discussed in the video
🎲 Earnings
Not significant unless the gap is too much. Things to look for are:
If the recent earnings and revenue has met expectation/estimation
If the next earning/revenue estimates are higher/lower than current one.
Cyclical nature of quarterly earnings - check results and estimations of last two years of same quarter
🎲 Quality
Can use open source script Quality-Screen from community library.
Color coded based on standards and very generic method.
May also need to consider that some of these stats may be industry and sector based and may require comparison among similar stocks.
Overall - if green/lime good, if lots of red/orange - bad. Silver - in between.
🎲 Relative Growth
Can use open source script Relative-Growth-Screen from community library.
Applies Bollinger bands/ Keltener channel to define whether they are relatively high or low. Can also use RSI - but, have not tried :)
Measures growth over past few years.
🎲 Drawdown from ATH
Price drawdown from ATH and historical drawdown levels. Can use open source script Drawdown-Range from community library.
Tells what is the current price drawdown from ATH.
Provides details on historical drawdown levels and ranges.
🎲 Drawdown comparison - price vs fundamentals
Percentile-Price-vs-Fundamentals is the utility I built to carry out the comparison. I am not sure if there are any other comparable tools. Tool is useful for comparing if price drawdown is justified with the drop of fundamentals or if this is an overreaction.
⬜ Please note
▶ News events and probability of future potentials are not taken into consideration. Objective here is to work solely based on the readily available stats.
▶ It is unreliable use this method for short term trading as we cannot be sure when the things going to price in or if they have already priced in.
▶ Not a financial advise. Just an idea based on the research I have done so far. Constructive criticism welcome. Happy to learn from others.

OHM Higher Lows & Higher Highs. Trend Reversal? Where to next?Hi all, I hope you're doing well. As my last 2 videos pointed out not only was a bounce quite inevitable given the technicals but the key was higher highs and higher lows. We've flipped and held some key resistance levels as support. We need continued volume to push higher. Here are my thoughts on what to look out for! Please enjoy, and let me know your thoughts :)

OHM Looking bullish, but we have a long way to go. What's next?OHMDAI finally seems to be waking up after a lof of heavy selling and speculators being liquidated over the past few weeks. We have a nice bullish cross on the 4h SMAs coupled with nice sustained volume. We have broken local resistance and need badly to hold that as support should we fall to it. Up 40% from our recent low and 25% from my video yesterday, which is very nice to see! We need to reclaim the resistance levels and flip them as support, as well as make a series of higher highs and higher lows or we cannot confirm a reversal. Let me know your thoughts, and any ideas you might have :)
Note: I definitely see the confusion between charting of V1 and V2 OHM but am doing my best to keep it consistent until migration is 100% done*
OHMDAI Bullish daily candle with biggest buy volume ever? Howdy! Hope everyone is having a good weekend out there. Green hammer, huge volume (biggest green volume on the daily ever for this pair), nice bounce from support confluence. We need VOLUME and to start making higher highs/low as well as flipping resistance to support. All my ideas are laid out here for you. Let me know your thoughts and any ideas you might have! Thanks :)

VETUSDT LONG CLOSE TARGETS & UPDATE $15-$18Facebook: Obnoxiously Humorous TShirts
Profit Taking! Yehhaaa successful trade.
As you know there is no exact science on when you buy, sell or take profit and or you make hold for years. I'm only showing the trades I'm currently doing in this market, it doesn't mean I do this swing trading forever. No one rule no matter what is done is to make money. Otherwise, what is the reason you are in the game?
This VETUSDT trade from a few months ago has panned out beautifully. See how you are best to look the long haul. The long haul is where the big money is made. Just sitting back forgetting about the market and waiting for it to creep up, run up, move up whatever up but it just gets up there slowly.
I'm going to call this trade a close now as you can do it yourself when you want to sell to take profit. I will be taking profits anywhere after $15 and up till $18 before the next dumb whenever that arrives. Just play it by ear and be ready for the next pullback. Set stop losses about $15 once it's over $15.

SOLUSDT VETUSDT ETHUSDT BTCUSDT Pump & UpdateHey, Been a few days, i started a T-Shirt designing brand of all things. Obnoxiously Humorous T-Shirt and been doing that the last week or more while its been boring waiting for markets. Can find it by the same name on Facebook group & page.
Now, when the market pumps like this you might get more out of it over the weekend. But its a strong pump and a good point to take little profits off the table on those trades I recorded about last week or so ago on VETUSDT, DOTUSDT.
Take profits. Taking a profit is never a bad thing. A win is a win and you live to fight another day. If you die you can't fight at all. Any win is a good win.
SOL bounced amazing exactly as predicted. The evidence is in my prior vid.
Check ya next time. Be patient things will pick up into Christmas and after. Very surprised if it goes the other way.
Fundamental Ideas - Part1Hello traders,
Although I am technical trader, I have been taking some interest in fundamentals, trying to learn few things here and there. Tradingview also has lots of fundamental information which are available in regular stocks page, in screeners, and also accessible via pine script. Though I have published few ideas and scripts related to fundamentals, I am still a learner and explorer in this area. I thought of making video to explain things I have learnt and done. This one is first part of few episodes
Things covered in this video:
Availability of financial data in tradingview
Few areas where you can see and make use of financial data and availability of financial data through pine methods.
Few scripts developed on the basis of financial data
Quality screen
Relative Growth Screen
Explanation on fundamental based trading idea - based on Magic Formula
Overview of basic magic formula method coined by Joel Greenblatt
Advanced Magic Formula method with refined considerations
Present outcome and shortlisted stocks and performance summary so far.
Please note all the scripts and ideas mentioned in this video are public and open source and can be accessed by anyone. All of them are linked in the related ideas.
In the next part of the videos - will try to discuss few other ideas which are also already available in the part of scripts and ideas shared - This may include
Percentile/Drawdown study on price and fundamentals
Using tradingview screener to pick quality stocks.
Improve your Technical Analysis using Fundamental Analysis! In this video I decided to show you how to use Fundamental Analysis along with Technical Analysis in order to improve your understanding about the market.
Although it is not common, as most people seem to like Tradingview for its price charts/indicators, you can use this platform for fundamental analysis as well . In this video I explain the importance of looking at the fundamentals through a chart.
I hope you'll like the video! In this case, remember to support this idea, and follow me for more content like this.
Have a good week.

Mantradao OM: new ATH & 10x so far this year. Where next?Mantradao has formed a perfect cup on the weekly chart and hit a new all-time-high in the last 24 hours. It now has strong support around 50 cents with a 0.618fib golden pocket giving support at 32. Next macro target is $1 as this will most likely be a key psychological level, although the 1.618 fib extension target (not shown) would now be $1.15. As the fundamentals of this project keep improving along with growing awareness, the question now is when this target can be hit rather than if. What are your thoughts?
PREPARE FOR A NICE RALLY GUYS $$$ ""LITE LONG"" $$$Good morning traders,
we have a few hours before Markets open, so we can analyze yesterday´s trade in the LITE market.
Truth be told, I have more than 80 markets in the Short watchlist and ONLY 10 markets are ready for a nice rally. It hasn't been here for a long time.
INSIDERS increased Long positions and stopped the market at the edge of the Value Area. And believe me guys, this Value Area is super strong! BECAUSE the market escaped from the trading range in which it had been for many years.
As usual, I attach specific values of stop-loss and profit-target:
Entry: 71
Direction: LONG
Stop-loss: 64.68
PT: 83.64
Have good trading.

FACEBOOK Intrinsic Value ExampleHere I will show you a method to calculate the intrinsic value of a stock. It is based in the idea of how much money can you squeeze out of a company in the future and bringing that amount to present value.
The first step is to find a company which is stable, that has a somewhat linear stable growth rate.
It is preferred that the debt to equity to be less than 0.5 and current ratio to be more than 1.5.
