Swing Percentile Lines [QuantVue]The Swing High/Low Percentile Indicator is designed to help traders identify key price levels based on the most recent swing high and low. By anchoring to the most recent swing high and swing low, the indicator automatically generates percentile lines ( 25%, 50%, 75%) that act as dynamic support and resistance levels.
What Does the Indicator Do?
The Swing High/Low Percentile Indicator works by identifying the most recent significant price swings, whether it's a swing high or swing low. It then calculates the range between these points and divides the distance into percentage-based levels. These levels are plotted on the chart as clear, easy-to-read lines at 25%, 50%, and 75% of the range between the swing high and low.
These percentile lines serve as dynamic price zones where traders can anticipate potential reactions, whether the market is trending or consolidating.
How Can Traders Use the Indicator?
Support and Resistance: The percentile lines act as evolving support and resistance zones. Traders can anticipate price bounces or breaks at these levels, providing opportunities for trend-following or reversal trades.
Trend Identification: The indicator helps traders determine the strength of a trend. In a strong uptrend, price will likely stay above the 50% or 75% lines, while in a downtrend, it may remain below the 50% or 25% lines. This gives traders an edge in recognizing the overall market direction.
Entry and Exit Points: Traders can use the percentile lines to time their entries and exits. For example, entering a trade on a pullback to the 25% or 50% line offers a favorable risk-to-reward ratio. Similarly, the percentile lines serve as natural profit targets, allowing traders to plan exits as the price approaches the 50% or 75% levels.
Risk Management: The clear delineation of price levels makes it easy for traders to set stop-loss orders. For example, if price falls below the 25% line in an uptrend, it may signal weakness, prompting an exit or reduced position size.
Breakout and Breakdown Scenarios: When price breaks above a recent swing high or below a swing low, the percentile lines provide traders with pullback entry opportunities or key levels to watch for continuation of the move.

Moreover, equal (double) highs and lows are detected and displayed. The TRN ZigZag Pro helps traders to visualize pure price action and supports the trader to identify key turning points or trends.
The indicator comes with the following features:
Precise real-time swing detection without repainting
Equal/double high and low detection
Displaying of swing labels, values and information
Customizable settings as well as look and feel
It's important to note that the TRN ZigZag Pro is a visual tool and does not provide specific buy or sell signals. It serves as a guide for traders to analyze market structure in depth and make well-informed trading decisions based on their trading strategy and additional technical analysis.
Getting an edge with the TRN ZigZag Pro
The indicator clearly displays up trends, defined as a sequence of higher highs (HH) and higher lows (HL), with green labels and down trends, defined as a sequence of lower lows (LL) and lower highs (LH), with red labels. Equal highs/double tops (DT) and equal lows/ double bottoms (DB) are highlighted in gold.
In addition, the labels show a full stack of valuable information about the swings to maximize your accuracy.

Use cases for swing detection
Trend Identification
By connecting the swing highs and lows, traders can identify and analyze the prevailing trend in the market. An uptrend is characterized by higher swing highs and lows, while a downtrend is characterized by lower highs and lower lows. The indicator helps traders visually to assess the strength and continuity of the trend.
Support And Resistance Levels
The swing highs and lows can act as support and resistance levels. Swing highs may act as resistance levels where selling pressure increases, while swing lows may act as support levels where buying pressure increases. Traders often pay attention to these levels as potential areas for trade entries, exits, or placing stop-loss orders.
Pattern Recognition
The swings identified by the indicator can help traders recognize chart patterns, such as equal high/lows, consolidations, wedges, triangles or more complex patterns like Gartley or Head and Shoulders. These patterns can provide insights into potential trend continuation or reversal.
Trade Entry and Exit
Traders may use TRN ZigZag Pro to determine potential trade entry and exit points. For example, in an uptrend, traders may look for opportunities to enter long positions near swing lows or on pullbacks to support levels. Conversely, in a downtrend, traders may consider short positions near swing highs or on retracements to resistance levels.
Conclusion
While signals from TRN ZigZag Pro can be informative, it is important to recognize that their reliability may vary. Various external factors can impact market prices, and it is essential to consider your risk tolerance and investment goals when executing trades.

Swing Suite (SMT/Divergences + Gann Swings)Hello Traders!
TRN Swing Suite (SMT/Divergences + Gann Swings) is an indicator which identifies, and highlights pivot points (swings) and prints a lot of information about the swings in the chart (e.g. length, duration, cumulative Delta, ...). Furthermore, it detects divergences in connection with any given indicator, even custom ones. In addition to this, you can choose the algorithm to compute the swings. The famous Gann-Swing algorithm and the extremely precise TRN Swing algorithm (called Standard) are available for selection, as well as two other variants. Compared to other swing or zig-zag indicators it works in real-time, does not need a look-a-head to find swings and is not repainting. Moreover, equal (double) highs and lows are detected and displayed. The TRN Swing Suite helps traders to visualize the pure price action and identify key turning points or trends. The indicator comes with the following features:
Precise real-time swing detection without repainting
Divergence detecting for any given (custom) indicator - with 11 different preset indicators
SMT (Smart Money Technique)/Divergence detecting in relation to other instruments
Swing Performance Statistics
Swing support and resistance levels
Swing trend for multiple swing sizes
Equal/double high and low detection
4 different swing computation styles
Displaying of swing labels, values and information
Customizable settings as well as look and feel
It's important to note that the TRN Swing Suite is a visual tool and does not provide specific buy or sell signals. It serves as a guide for traders to analyze market structure in depth and make well-informed trading decisions based on their trading strategy and additional technical analysis.
Divergence Detection for any given (Custom) Indicator
The divergence detector finds with unrivaled precision bullish and bearish as well as regular and hidden divergences. The main difference compared to other divergences indicators is that this indicator finds rigorously the extreme peaks of each swing, both in price and in the corresponding indicator. This precision is unmatched and therefore this is one of the best divergences detectors.
The build in divergence detector works with any given indicator, even custom ones. In addition, there are 11 built-in indicators. Most noticeable is the cumulative delta indicator, which works astonishingly well as a divergence indicator. Full list:
External Indicator (see next section for the setup)
Awesome Oscillator (AO)
Commodity Channel Index (CCI)
Cumulative Delta Volume (CDV)
Chaikin Money Flow (CMF)
Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD)
Money Flow Index (MFI)
Momentum
On Balance Volume (OBV)
Relative Strength Index (RSI)
Stochastic
Williams Percentage Range (W%R)
The divergences are colored with vivid lines and labels. Bullish divergences are distinguished with luminous blue lines, while bearish divergences are denoted by striking red lines. Upon detecting a divergence, the colored lines act as a visual indicator for traders, signaling an imminent possibility of a trend reversal. In response, traders can leverage this valuable insight to make informed decisions in their trading activities.
Choose Your Custom Divergence Indicator
Handpick your custom indicator, and the TRN Swing Suite will hunt for divergences on your preferred market and timeframe. Importantly, you must add the indicator to your chart. Afterwards, simply go to the “Divergence Detection” section in the TRN Swing Suite indicator settings and choose "External Indicator". If the custom indicator has one reference value, then choose this value in the “External Indicator (High)” field. If there are high and low values (e.g. candles), then you also must set the “External Indicator Low” field.
In the provided graphic, we've chosen the stochastic RSI as our example, and as you can see, the TRN Swing Suite instantly identifies and plots bullish and bearish divergences on your chart.
Smart Money Technique (SMT)/Divergence detecting in Relation to other Instruments
Smart Money Technique/Tool (SMT) means the divergence detection between two related instruments. The TRN Swing Suite finds divergence in relation to other instruments, e.g. NQ vs ES or BTCUSDT vs ETHUSDT. Just add another instrument to the chart. As representation style you can choose lines or candles/bars. Afterwards, simply go to the “Divergence Detection” section in the TRN Swing Suite indicator settings and choose "External Indicator". If the second instrument is represented as line, then choose this value in the “External Indicator (High)” field. If there are high and low values (e.g. candles/bars), then you also must set the “External Indicator Low” field.
The detection of SMTs can help traders to decide whether the trend continues, or a reversal is imminent. E.g. if the NQ makes a new higher high but the ES fails to do so and makes a new lower high, then the TRN Swing Suite shows a divergence. As a result, the probability is high that the trend will not continue, and the trader can make an informed decision about what to do next.
How to Set Parameters for Divergence Indicators
To begin, access the indicator settings and find the “Divergence Detection”. Look for the "Parameters" sections where you can fine-tune Parameters 1-3. The default settings are already optimized for the oscillators AO, RSI, CDV, W%R, MFI and Stochastic. For other divergence indicators, you might want to adjust the settings to your liking. The parameter order is the same as in the corresponding divergence indicator.
TRN Swing Suite Statistics
Unveil the untapped potential of advanced Swing Statistics! Gain invaluable insights into historical swings and turning points. Elevate your expertise by harnessing this treasure trove of data to supercharge signal reliability, while masterfully planning stop loss and take profit strategies with unrivaled accuracy. Within the TRN Swing Suite lie two powerful statistics, each offering distinct insights to empower your trading prowess.
Swing Statistic
The Swing Statistic comprises of two series, one for up swings (Up) and one for down swings (Down), with values given in points. The columns have the following meaning:
Up or down
# - total number of analyzed swings
Overall ∅ Length - average length of all swings in points
Overall ∅ Duration - average duration of swings in bars
∅ Length - average lengths for custom-defined swing counts
∅ Duration - average durations for custom-defined swing counts
The custom-defined swing count is used to determine the swing length/duration for the last x swings. Note, in the case of well-established assets like Microsoft or Nvidia, which have undergone one or more stock splits, the overall average in column three may deviate significantly from those in column five. That is why column 5 is useful.
Relation Statistic
The Relation Statistic highlights percentages representing the historical occurrence of specific high and low sequences. In the first column (in %), various types of highs and lows are listed as reference points.
For example, the first row corresponds to "HH followed by", where the second column (#) displays the total count of higher highs (HH) considered. The subsequent columns showcase the percentages of how often certain patterns follow the initial HH.
Fields marked in blue represent sequences that occurred in over 50% of cases. The darker the shade of blue in each field, the higher the percentage.
Use Swing Statistics to Validate Stop-Loss and Take-Profit Levels
No matter which signals you choose to trade, consulting Swing Statistics can significantly enhance the reliability of these signals.
For example, when looking for a long entry after a lower low (LL), you can examine the likelihood of a subsequent lower high (LH) or even a higher high (HH). Combining this valuable information with your predetermined Take Profit level allows you to better assess whether your target can be achieved successfully. Additionally, you can add the average up swing length to the lower low for an alternative Take Profit level. Similarly, you can verify the probability of the next low being a higher low (HL) or another lower low (LL) to determine the likelihood of your Stop Loss being triggered. Align the length of the last down swing with the average down swing length for an alternative Stop Loss.
Swing Support and Resistance Levels
Swing support and resistance levels are horizontal lines starting from a swing high or swing low and representing natural support and resistance levels. Price tends to respect this levels one way or another. In most cases, old swing highs and swing lows provide a lot of liquidity to the market. For example, for a swing high there are at least three different market players at work:
Traders put there stop loss above the swing high
Breakout traders go long above the swing high
Turtle soup (reverse) trader go short above the swing high
Swing Trend (Multiple Sizes)
The TRN Swing Suite can display either at the top or at the bottom the prevailing swing trends for the main trend seen in the chart and for two additional swing sizes. This is useful to see the swing trend for medium and bigger swings to get a clear picture of the market.
Getting an Edge with the TRN Swing Suite
The indicator clearly displays up trends, defined as a sequence of higher highs (HH) and higher lows (HL), with green labels and down trends, defined as a sequence of lower lows (LL) and lower highs (LH), with red labels. Equal highs/double tops (DT) and equal lows/ double bottoms (DB) are highlighted in gold.
In addition, the labels show a full stack of valuable information about the swings to maximize your accuracy.
Length

Cumulative Delta
In an uptrend the up swings should have higher volume und higher cumulative delta than the down swings. The duration and time for down swings in an uptrend should be shorter than for the up swings.

Smallest Swing [Truth Indie]This indicator is designed to test the smallest swing draw using the swing capture concept of the Pivot Points High Low indicator, setting the length to 1 for all periods, and combining it with price action that I think makes sense.
Example of a valid swing high.
Example of a valid swing low.
Swing based support and resistanceThis indicator provided here is for identifying swing-based support and resistance levels. It uses two swing lengths, which can be adjusted by the user, to identify swings in the price data. For each swing length, the script calculates the support level as the low of the swing if the trend is up, or the high of the swing if the trend is down. It then plots the support and resistance levels on the chart, along with buy and sell signals.
The buy and sell signals are generated by comparing the current closing price to the support and resistance levels. If the closing price is above the support level, the script plots a buy signal. If the closing price is below the level, the script plots a sell signal.
To use the script, you would first need to add it to your trading platform. Once it is added, you can configure the swing lengths and other parameters to suit your trading style. You can then apply the script to a chart and begin using the support and resistance levels and buy and sell signals to make trading decisions.
Points to be noted while using the indicator:
# The script is designed to be used on a daily chart. However, you can also use it on other timeframes, such as weekly or monthly charts.
# The swing lengths that you choose will depend on your trading style. If you are a swing trader, you may want to use longer swing lengths. If you are a day trader, you may want to use shorter swing lengths.
# Remember, the support and resistance levels generated by the script are not exact price points. They are rather zones where demand and supply can change. Therefore, you should always use other technical analysis tools and indicators to confirm your trading decisions.
# Overall, the script is a useful tool for identifying swing-based support and resistance levels. It can be used by traders of all experience levels to generate trading ideas and improve their trading performance.
To use the swing-based support and resistance indicator with respect to price, you can follow these steps:
=> Identify the support and resistance levels that have been generated by the indicator.
=> Look for price action that is taking place near these levels.
=> If the price is above the level, look for bullish reversals or continuations.
=> If the price is below the level, look for bearish reversals or continuations.
For Example,
=> Bullish reversal: The price is above the level and forms a bullish candlestick pattern, such as a bullish hammer or engulfing pattern.
=> Bullish continuation: The price is above the level and bounces off of the level.
=> Bearish reversal: The price is below the level and forms a bearish candlestick pattern, such as a bearish hammer or engulfing pattern.
=> Bearish continuation: The price is below the level and rejects the level.
$$ You can also use the indicator to identify potential trading entry and exit points. For example, you could enter a long trade when the price breaks above a resistance level and exit the trade when the price retraces to the resistance level. Or, you could enter a short trade when the price breaks below a support level and exit the trade when the price rallies to the support level.
This swing-based support and resistance indicator is just one tool that you can use to trade. You should always use other technical analysis tools and indicators, such as price action and trend analysis, to confirm your trading decisions.
Additionally:
=> Be aware of the overall trend direction. If the trend is up, you should be looking for bullish reversals or continuations. If the trend is down, you should be looking for bearish reversals or continuations.
=> Use a stop loss order to limit your risk on each trade.
=> Consider using a position sizing strategy to manage your risk.
=> Do your own research and backtest any trading strategy before using it in a live trading environment.

Swing Rapat Jik ( LOW-HIGH ) Smart Money TrendBandSWING RAPAT JIK ( LOW-HIGH ) Smart Money TrendBand
( 2023 updated edition )
The Swing Rapat Jik indicator is a method of knowing whether the current market is either at the highest or the lowest price.
It is also a relatively less risky strategy and suitable for long-term traders such as swing traders.
The analysis tool used is based on the Relative Strength Index ( RSI ) indicator as a parameter to measure the lowest price and the highest price in each cycle. If the price is at the extremely oversold level, then it shows the lowest price signal (LL/HL). Vice versa, if the price is at the extreme overbought level, then the signal will show the highest price signal (HH/LH).
It should be noted that this indicator is a repaint where it will make a re-mark if the price is at the lowest level of the previous signal. So, the solution is that I’ve added the Moving Average parameter as confirmation of the reversal of the LL price to the uptrend. That means the signal to enter the market only occurs when there is an Entry Price (EP) signal after LL/HL signal appears.
Please, do not enter the market when the EP signal is released if the LL/HL signal is not yet released. Make sure these two signals come out consecutively, starting with HL/LL and then the EP signal.
Key Signal;
LL = LOWER LOW
HL = HIGHER LOW
HH = HIGHER HIGH/TAKE PROFIT
LH = LOWER HIGH/TAKE PROFIT
EP = ENTRY PRICE
Hopefully, it can help traders to track the price at the lowest level before making a reversal and the highest price during the market supply situation.
*So far, the invention of the entry market is for the stock market only, which is to use buy signals only. Any updates for other markets will be notified from time to time.
Major updates;
1. Update version to Version 5 pine script
2. variable value used for the EP signal, to obtain a more significant weighted value.
3. Change of label color
4. Colored bars- bullish and bearish trends detected
SOPs and strategies
colored bars are pointers of the current trend and the period in which it occurred.
Use this combination as a strong confirmation
kaptanFantastik[Take Profit and Stop Loss Finder]Hello all,
It's ATR based active take profit & stop loss finder.
You can set multipliers for taking profit and stop losing and you can change the price source for the calculation. Also, you can change the ATR level.
Defaults are my best settings. 2.2x for taking profit and 1.5x for stop losing. Open price is the source. Also, I think 5 ATR is the best for day and swing trade.
Levels are determined according to the open prices (This is because we can enter the position after our other indicators give the signal following the close price. Yet, you can change it). Since it's active and based on my calculation with ATR values, percentages for the taking profits and stop losing may change. Because of this, you need to note the take profit and stop lose prices after your entry price level is determined by the other indicators for the best success rates.
It can be used in any time frame with the other indicators to determine the best entry points. For example, 3 EMA levels with 5,8 and 13 is good option for the entry. You can enter the position when 5 crosses up 8 and both are above the 13. You can also use custom more advanced buy/sell indicators with this one for entry points.
It can be used with any asset from cryptocurrency to the stocks, from forex to gold etc.
Hint: You can set your levels lower than the take profit prices to maximize the success rate.
Note: Market should be open for the positions.
Example trade on the 5-minute timeline.
The below chart has both my custom indicator and the 3 EMAs mentioned above.
Trade 1: Entry price: 19191, Take Profit: 19276. Profit 0.44%
Trade 2: Entry price: 19189, Take Profit: 193009. Profit 0.625%
Türkçe bilen kullanıcılar için açıklama
Herkese merhabalar,
Kripto paradan hisse senetlerine, forexten altına vb. her türlü varlıkla kullanılabilir.
İpucu: Başarı oranını en üst düzeye çıkarmak için seviyelerinizi kar alma fiyatlarından daha düşük ayarlayabilirsiniz.
Not: Pozisyonlar için piyasa açık olmalıdır.
Kar %0.44
İşlem 2: Giriş fiyatı: 19189, Kazanç Al: 193009. Kar %0.625
Scalper RibbonThis Scalper Ribbon is a combination of 6 different oscillators with a sprinkle of secret sauce . It’s smoothed out so it’s easy to read, but is quick enough to catch reversals early and helps you spot divergences. It will turn green or red according to the bullish or bearish nature of the ticker you are viewing without all of the noise that most oscillators give you.
It combines price action, momentum, rsi and a few other oscillators together to give an overall trend strength line that is smoothed out and coupled with a moving average to make it less noisy. Use it as an identifier of the underlying trend so you can make better decisions on scalp trades as well as swing trades on longer timeframes. Wait for the ribbon to break out/down from the middle blue range to avoid chop and get in when price is actually moving.
***HOW TO USE***
Find tops and bottoms of the market by looking for reversals in the ribbon when it is either very high or very low. The white line is the midline and the ribbon is overall bullish when above the midline and overall bearish when below the midline. There are also two blue lines just above and below the midline that is a buffer area I like to call the neutral range. When the ribbon is in the neutral range, expect indecision in the market and look for the ribbon to break out or down from that range for continuation of a trend. The farther away from the neutral range the ribbon is, the stronger the trend is. Take a look at how it performs across multiple timeframes and tickers and get a feel for it before using it in your strategy. It will help you spot reversals early and show you hidden divergences in price action before the reversals happen.
***CUSTOMIZATION***
You can adjust the length of the oscillators and the moving average ribbon to be faster or slower to suit your preferences. The lower the number used, the faster it will detect changes, but the more noise it will have. The higher the number used, the slower it will detect changes, but there will be less noise and easier to follow.
***MARKETS***
This indicator can be used as a signal on all markets, including stocks, crypto, futures and forex.
***TIMEFRAMES***
This Scalper Ribbon indicator can be used on all timeframes.
StockBee MB BullishStockBee Bullish Momentum Burst & 20% Plus Study Tool
The Stockbee bullish momentum burst study tool is helpful for practitioners of the momentum burst method who want to easily find historical momentum bursts and/or 20% plus gainers using Trading View. This script finds three specific breakouts that meet the below criteria:
4% Breakouts (Colors Candle Body)
1. Volume of the candle is greater than the previous candle volume.
2. The percent change of candle's price is greater than 4% from the previous candle close.
3. Current candle close is less than 30% from candle's high.
**Users can toggle 4% Breakouts on/off and also change candle body color in settings**
Dollar Breakouts (Colors Candle Body)
1. The change of candle's price is greater than $0.90 from the previous candle close.
2. Current candle close is less than 30% from candle's high.
** Dollar Breakout does not take volume into consideration **
**Users can toggle Dollar Breakouts on/off and also change candle body color in settings**
20% Plus Gainers (Displays Yellow Triangle Icon)
1. The change over five candles is greater than 20%.
**Users can toggle 20% plus label on/off, cannot change the label color**
This script also filters out any candle that gaps up and breaks down with a close above 4% the previous candle (Eliminates gap-ups that fade). This tool is meant to find and filter possible candidates. Not every marked candle is a great momentum burst trade. Users can look at 4% Breakouts, Dollar Breakouts, 20% Plus Gainers individually or any combination of the three.
This is helpful for Trading View users trading this specific setup.
Volatility Stop Strategy (by Coinrule)Traders often use the volatility stop to protect trades dynamically, adjusting the stop price gradually based on the asset's volatility.
Just like the volatility stop is a great way to capture trend reversals on the downside, the opposite applies as well. Therefore, another useful application of the volatility stop is to add it to a trading system to signal potential trend reversals to catch a good buy opportunity.
ENTRY
- When the price crosses above the Volatility Stop
EXIT
- When the price crosses below the Volatility Stop
For this strategy, the Volatility stop's multiplier is set to 3 to allow more flexibility to the trade. The strategy is designed for medium-term trades.
Based on the backtest result from a sample of crypto trading pairs, the most profitable time frame is the 2-hr.
The strategy works well with both crypto-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat pairs. To make results more realistic, a trading fee of 0.1% is added to the script. The fee is aligned to the base fee applied on Binance.

GreenCrypto PR Strategy for Swing TradesThis is a very good strategy for Swing Trading, I have been using this strategy for very long time and made good amount of profit using this. This works great for both long trades and short trades, Stop loss and Take profit target is must while entering the trade, this make sure that the trade ends up in good profit and in case if the market revers, ends in only small loss.
This strategy works using the pivot points, we calculate the pivot point using the number of candles mentioned in the input field "leftBars" and "rightBars", if you add more number of bars then the frequency of the trade decreases. for example with the leftBars as 4 you will get less trades than the leftBar=2. Every trade entry is represented using "Buy" and "Sell" signals, whenever there is a new signal chart shows buy/sell signal for limit price, you need to add a limit order for the same price.
Parameters:
LeftBars = Number of left bars should be used for calculating the pivot pints, (more bars means less frequent trades)
RightBars = Number of right candle bars used for calculating the pivot points (more bars means less frequent trades)
Date/month/day : for selecting the right backtesting the period (currently it set to Jan 2018 to current day )
for this backtesting i have used 1000$ capital and with 10% capital used for each trade, free to modify it as per your needs.
This strategy works best on 4H time frame but you can also try backtesting on other time periods.
The default parameters present in the strategy is works best for most of famous cryptocurrencies on 4H time period.

In real life, I am a prolific inventor. I have successfully applied for more than 60 international and regional patents in the past 12 years. But in the past two years or so, I have tried to transfer my creativity to the development of trading strategies. Tradingview is the ideal platform for me. I am selecting and contributing some of the hundreds of scripts to publish in Tradingview community. Welcome everyone to interact with me to discuss these interesting pine scripts.
The scripts posted are categorized into 5 levels according to my efforts or manhours put into these works.
Level 1 : interesting script snippets or distinctive improvement from classic indicators or strategy. Level 1 scripts can usually appear in more complex indicators as a function module or element.
Level 2 : composite indicator/strategy. By selecting or combining several independent or dependent functions or sub indicators in proper way, the composite script exhibits a resonance phenomenon which can filter out noise or fake trading signal to enhance trading confidence level.
Level 3 : comprehensive indicator/strategy. They are simple trading systems based on my strategies. They are commonly containing several or all of entry signal, close signal, stop loss, take profit, re-entry, risk management, and position sizing techniques. Even some interesting fundamental and mass psychological aspects are incorporated.
Level 4 : script snippets or functions that do not disclose source code. Interesting element that can reveal market laws and work as raw material for indicators and strategies. If you find Level 1~2 scripts are helpful, Level 4 is a private version that took me far more efforts to develop.
Level 5 : indicator/strategy that do not disclose source code. private version of Level 3 script with my accumulated script processing skills or a large number of custom functions. I had a private function library built in past two years. Level 5 scripts use many of them to achieve private trading strategy.
[blackcat] L1 Whale Jumping out of the OceanLevel: 1
Background
One of the biggest differences between cryptocurrency and traditional financial markets is that cryptocurrency is based on blockchain technology. Individual investors can discover the direction of the flow of large funds through on-chain transfers. These large funds are often referred to as Whale. Whale can have a significant impact on the price movements of cryptocurrencies, especially Bitcoin . Therefore, how to monitor Whale trends is of great significance both in terms of fundamentals and technical aspects.
We often see whales suddenly jump out of the ocean and then set off huge waves. What we need to do is to surf the wave according to the trend after the whale jumps out of the sea. This is really an exciting sport!
Function
By modeling the behavior of Whale and individuals (Surfers), L1 Whale Jumping out of the Ocean can not only simply describe the behavior trends of Whale and individuals, but also describe the shape of waves generated by the whale jump. Individual traders need to follow the wave trend to take profit.
NOTE: white line and yellow candles represent whale appears but it CANNOT indicate the direction as PUMP or DUMP. This indicator is one of the whale series. It is featured by vividness. A technical indicator is drawn as ocean (momentum in blue and aqua), whale (whale PUMP/DUMP in white, yellow, red, fuchsia and green), huge wave (mid-term trend or swing trend in aqua and blue). However, it does not accurately generate buying and selling points.
Key Signal
var01 --> huge wave caused by whale jump. it is used to confirm whale jump and describe the trend of wave for surfers.
var02 --> whale move signal
var12 --> whale move signal
var28 --> high confidence level of huge whale move
dynabot --> deep ocean (dynamic bottom)
Pros and Cons
Pros:
1. Detect Whale pump and dump and the strength of huge wave.
2. Vividly compare the market movement to a huge wave caused by a whale jumping out of the sea.
3. When it resonante with buy or sell signal from other independent indicators, it has higher confidence level.
Cons:
1. No exact long and short entries.
2. It is sensitive and may have noise inside and generate fake entry signal.
Remarks
Please do not think that this is just a technical indicator, this is a documentary about whales.

Swing Low Sweet ChariotI've been using this indicator now for the past few months and seen some very large profits as a result of it.
I've been using this successfully on the one hour FX charts, but seems to work equally as well on higher or lower time frames (not less than 30min).
I've added in some support and resistance functionality and plenty of settings to play with to fine tune to your strategy.
One of the main reasons that I've added in some support and resistance is that there are some times when an indicator is triggered very close to a S&R point then I may not take the trade.
Additionally to the indicator, I'll use trend lines, ADX and RSI to confirm the trend.
Alerts are set up for Long Entry, Short Entry, Long Exit and Short Exit.
Not that the exit points are approximate and won't hit the peaks, however they will prevent price retracement.
Offering 5-day free use of the indicator and then after that it will be £100/yr if you like the indicator. This will also cover all future updates.
Happy to answer any questions or send over other screenshots of currency pairs. Also happy to work with any other users if they have any ideas for improving (i.e. automated trend lines).
Cheers
Mike
Simple Tops/Bottoms, [JackT]A percentage (pyramid) script for BTC/USD, Daily.
Breakdown
The script is following one simple rule:
- Percentage orders based on volume
This is a pyramid setup based on volume but I am handling each order manually which makes it a custom pyramid strategy.
Instead of doing 100% portfolio sell/buy orders this script focuses on the momentum of volume and calculates a percentage of the portfolio that should be traded.
The percentage rises with the level of continuous orders with the same type. This means that if a second sell order is emitted before any buy order the percentage to sell is gradually increased to be higher than the previous sell order. And vise verca with buy orders.
The calculation is exponential rising but it also makes sure that the trade rarely reaches 100%. This enables the script to stay in the market on almost all opportunties given by the indicators.
How to use
The script is created from 3 indicators including Lucid SAR which helps to indicate the major trend.
It is possible to change the settings of the script in order to change the outcome. The settings is fitted to work with BTC/USD and the same settings works somewhat okay with ETH/USD aswell. Though I would recommend to fit the settings to work better with other pairs.
As mentioned, the script focuses on volume , which mean that it works better with major coins.
Enjoy the script and please let me know your thoughts!

Swing Algo V1This indicator can be used for e.g. swing algorithmic trading. It will give Buy/Long and Sell/Short signals on the chart. This algorithm uses a combination of several (custom) functions and rules to find good entry points for trend trading. After many iterations and tests I came up with this particular setup, which is highly optimized for the $ETH/$USD trading pair on the daily (D) timeframe. It is however possible to change algorithmic parameters within the indicator settings to tune this swing algorithm for other assets and timeframes. You don't need any programming skills or similar abilities to navigate this indicator.
Also you can choose the backtest time interval to test the perfomance of this algorithm for different time windows and different trading pairs. Here various backtesting parameters (e.g. trading fees) can be customized. Additionally to the TradingView Strategy Tester you can also plot your equity directly on the chart to get a sense for the performance. For this you can also scale the equity graph to e.g. match the starting point of your equity with some price point on the chart to get a direct comparison to 'Buy & Hold' strategies over time.
Note: In general it seems that cryptocurrencies are rather swing-algorithm-friendly, while I cannot recommend trading classical assets like stock or indices (e.g. S&P 500) with this indicator (although you can of course try to find good setups).
This indicator (and all other content I provide) is no financial advice. If you use this indicator you agree to my Terms and Conditions which can be found on my twitter profile linked in my signature.
