Corporación Actinver, SAB de CV is an investment holding company, which engages in the provision of financial services. It operates through the following segments: Management of Investment Companies, Treasury & Investment Banking, Intermediation, Credit & Corporate Activities, Leasing, and Other Service Activities. The Management of Investment Companies segment includes commissions and net fees charged to investment funds services. The Treasury & Investment Banking segment corresponds to income derived from market operations of money, origination fees, structuring and placement of debt instruments. The Intermediation segment comprises of operations of capital derivatives, and foreign currency transactions in brokerage house. The Credit & Corporate Activities segment grants commercial loans to financial and consumer institutions, as well as leasing operations and structured loans. The Leasing segment provides pure lease. The Other Service Activities segment provides development services, such as real estate leasing, investment advice, and insurance. The company was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in Mexico City.
