IMC fundamentals

IMC SA is a holding company, which engages in the cultivation, processing, production, and storage of agricultural products. It operates through three segments: Crop Farming, Dairy Farming, and Elevators and Warehouses. The Crop Farming segment consists of five clusters within, which the fields are situated close to each other, which optimizes human and technical resources. The Dairy Farming segment supplies quality milk for customers-processing enterprises. The Elevators and Warehouses segment own and operate storage facilities in close proximity to its operations in each of its clusters. Its activities includes cultivation of grain & oilseeds crops, potato production; storage of grain & oilseeds crops; and dairy farming. The company was founded in 1998 and is headquartered in Luxembourg.
