KAVAUSD – Midpoint Retest with a Shot at a Daily Higher LowCOINBASE:KAVAUSD / COINBASE:KAVAUSDC Watching KAVA here on the daily, and it’s at a key decision point that could define the next leg. We’ve got two sets of Fibonacci retracements drawn: the first from the March 2024 high to the August 2024 low, and the second from the August low to the December high. Right now, price is retesting the 50% level of the larger March–August move—aka the midpoint of the macro range—and it's still holding above the 50% retracement of the more recent August–December leg. We’re also sitting right on the 38.2% Fib of that second move, which tends to act as a key area for potential higher lows. The idea here is simple: I’m playing for a daily higher low. We had a strong move off the December lows, followed by a healthy consolidation, and this is where bulls need to step in. Structure-wise, this is the ideal area for bulls to attempt a defense if the trend is going to continue. EMAs are curling up, and price is still holding above the 12 and 26 EMAs for now, which gives me confidence in a potential bounce. If the Trade Goes as Planned (Bullish Case) If buyers step in here and confirm a higher low—ideally somewhere between $0.48 and $0.50—we’d expect a continuation toward the recent high at $0.56. If that level breaks, then $0.64 becomes the next area of interest based on prior price structure and confluence with the upper Fib retracement levels. From there, we could even make a push toward the $0.74 area, where the last major rejection happened in late 2024. A strong bounce here also sets up a potential inverse head and shoulders structure on the daily if we revisit that neckline around $0.56 again with momentum. In short, a higher low here gives the bulls the setup they need to retake trend control. If the Trade Fails (Bearish Case) If price fails to hold the $0.48–$0.50 region and breaks below the August–December 50% Fib level, then we’re likely heading back to the $0.44 zone. That’s where the 200-day SMA is sitting, and it’s also a major pivot from previous support. A loss of that zone opens the door to a full retrace toward $0.39 or even $0.37—last seen during the November-December basing structure. In that case, the trend would flip neutral at best and would require a fresh base-building phase before bulls could even think about regaining momentum. TL;DR Thesis: Playing for a daily higher low above key Fib levels and EMAs. Bullish Target: Reclaim $0.56 → push toward $0.64–$0.74 if momentum follows through. Kava Heavy Bearmarket- This analysis is presented as a tutorial. Some of you may already be familiar with MACD, but for those who aren’t, I’m happy to guide you through it. - Today, I’d like to share some insights on how to determine whether a token is still in a bear market or if it's on the verge of changing direction. - As always everything is noted in the graphic, so lets go : 1 . First, focus on the orange line, which is the most crucial one, sitting around $1.20. Did you notice that in 2020, Kava bounced off this line? Back then, it served as strong support. Now, take note that Kava was rejected twice in 2023 and 2024 at this exact same price level, this support just turned as a strong resistance. 2. Take a look at the MACD indicator Lines. During Kava's bull market in 2020, the MACD was consistently moving in the positive zone (bullmarket green area). After Kava's crash, observe how Kava have been repeatedly rejected at this exact middle line and continued to evolve in a negative zone (bearmarket red area). 3. Finally, take a closer look at the "hammer Emoji" and the bearish trendline. You will observe that everything is interconnected. At times, Kava gets "hammered" at the $1.20 level along the middle line, while at other times, it encounters resistance on its bearish trendline. None of this is coincidental. Conclusion : - Kava remains is still in a heavy bear market. As a relatively young token, it's difficult to analyze long-term historical data. However, with time, extending the timeframe to 1 or 3 months can help reduce noise and potentially detect a bullish reversal. - Kava's key level is $1.20. ✴️ Kava | The End ResultLines, lines, lines... And rectangles. The correction from 23-May through 13-June hit below the 0.786 Fib. retracement level relative to the entire wave that started in early January. KAVAUSD What this means is that the correction is over and went full circle, complete. If the correction is complete then the focus goes to the proceeding move... So many ways to say this, using chart speak or "financial hieroglyphs" as I like to call them. Look at the big green arrow... That's what I see. I can be wrong. Invalidation comes below the blue dashed line but only a "temporary" invalidation can happen because the end result is and will always be up. Namaste.

KAVA With Bullish Setup FormationKAVAUSD is making a nice a-b-c pullback within wave B/2 after an impulsive rally into wave A/1 from the lows. It's currently already sitting at interesting 0.80 support area, from where we may see a continuation higher into wave C or 3, especially if we also consider nice and clean inverted Head&Shoulders pattern. Technically speaking, if the price rebounds back above 1.10 region and neckline of inverted H&S pattern, then we can easily expect more gains, as bullish trend would be confirmed.
