Metal & Recycling Co. engages in metal cutting, waste management, and related activities. It operates through the following segments: Metal Shredding and Used Spare Parts Department; Commercial Department; Waste Plastic Recycling Department, and Shear and Baler. The Metal Shredding and Used Spare Parts Department includes importing machines and material necessary for shredding, sorting, and selling waste scrap. The Commercial Department segment offers purchasing and selling of used and scrap machinery, vehicles and tanks and their spare parts. The Waste Plastic Recycling Department segment involves in recycling of waste, plastic, rubbles, and environmental waste and trading in the recycled materials. The Shear and Baler segment represents culling and shearing of metals. The company was founded on June 10, 1987 and is headquartered in Jahra, Kuwait.
