It operates through the following segments: Aviation, Non-Aviation, and Other. The Aviation segment handles the management, maintenance, and development of airport infrastructures for aeronautical activities; the provision of services for airline passengers, users, and airport operators; and the development of business aviation and external communications. The Non-Aviation segment oversees the activities of the group within the airport premises such as shopping areas, offices, parking, ticketing, and advertising; renders services to commercial passengers and airport users; and deals with the development and marketing of non-aviation activities. The Other segment encompasses everything else that is not attributable to the other segments. The company was founded on October 5, 1981 and is headquartered in Bologna, Italy.
