The Premium Games segment focuses on the acquisition of video games intellectual property from developers and the distribution of the games through a traditional international retail sales network and digital marketplaces. The Free to Play segment operations develops and publishes video games and/or applications that will be available for free on digital marketplaces with in app purchases features. The Italian Distribution segment includes the distribution in Italy of video games purchased from international publishers. The Other Activities segment includes the management of paid skill games. The company was founded by Abramo Galante and Raffaele Galante in 1989 and is headquartered in Milan, Italy.
