It operates through the Access and Corporate segments. The Access segment mainly deals with the business-to-business and business-to-consumer operations including virtual private network, hosting, domain connection, and leased line services provided to companies. The Corporate segment covers the activities of the minor Italian companies and corporate activities. The company was founded by Renato Soru and Giovanni Antonio Manca in January 1998 and is headquartered in Cagliari, Italy.
