Ann Joo Resources Bhd. is an investment holding company. It operates through the following segments: Upstream Steel Division; Downstream Steel Division; Green Technology Division; and Investment Holding, Property Management, and Others. The Upstream Steel Division segment includes manufacturing and trading iron, steel, and steel related products. The Downstream Steel Division segment focuses on trading steel and steel related products, hardware, building, and construction materials; and operating steel service centers. The Green Technology Division segment is involved in project management and contract services for solar and other renewable energy businesses as well as waste management services. The company was founded by Kah Seng Lim on November 26, 1996 and is headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
