It operates through the following segments: Infrastructure Construction, Cranes, Marine Shipbuilding and Ship Repair, and Concession. The Infrastructure Construction segment includes construction of petroleum hub and bunkering facilities, oil and gas terminals, liquefied natural gas jetty works, marine ports, bridges and dams, airport terminals, runway and facility support buildings, heavy concrete foundations, and other similar construction works. The Cranes segment designs, manufactures, supplies, trades, leases, and provides services for offshore oil and gas pedestal cranes, tower cranes, shipyard cranes, and other heavy lifting equipment cranes. The Marine Shipbuilding and Ship Repair segment is involved in the designs, engineers, builds, and provides services for anchor handling tugboats, supply vessels, accommodation ships, and marine vessels for the offshore oil and gas exploration and production works. The Concession segment focuses on the privatization of international airports in Cambodia and road maintenance works in the central region of Peninsular Malaysia. The Company was founded by Mohamed Taib bin Ibrahim, Ngan Boon Mac, and Sen Eng Ooi on September 4, 1972 and is headquartered in Klang, Malaysia.
