The Food segment offers processing and marketing of marine products as well as aquaculture activities. The Venture Business segment is involved in initiating and nurturing new businesses. The Others segment includes investment holding activities and the provision of intra-group management services. The company was founded by Fumihiko Konishi on August 29, 1973 and is headquartered in George Town, Malaysia.
