The Fund Management segment refers to the fund management activities along with back office and corporate support functions including accounting and human resources. The Development segment focuses on the activities associated with providing real estate development services as their principal developer. The Brokerage segment is involved in the buying, selling, and leasing of all funds assets. The company was founded by John Christopher Loeffler II and Jennifer Schrader in January 2009 and is headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ.
