It operates through the following segments: Institutional Banking, Consumer Banking, Retail Banking Business, Financial Markets, and Others. The Institutional Banking segment handles lending, trade finance, and corollary banking products and services offered to corporate and institutional customers as well as selected middle market clients. The Consumer Banking segment includes home loans, contract-to-sell receivables, loans to developers, auto loans, and credit cards for individual and corporate customers. The Retail Banking segment related to retail and consumer loans, individual and corporate deposits, overdrafts and funds transfer facilities, trade facilities, and all other services for retail consumers. The Financial Markets segment provides money market, trading, and treasury services; manages the funding operations by the use of government securities, placements, and acceptances with other banks; and offers advisory and capital-raising services to corporate clients and remittance transactions. The Others segment handles services including trust and investment management services, asset management, insurance brokerage, credit management, thrift banking business, operations and financial control, and support services.
