The Education segment offers students a range of degree, diploma, and full-time certification programs in design and business-oriented disciplines at post-secondary level. The Education Facilities Rental Service segment focuses on education facilities leasing and commercial leasing for supporting facilities. The Real Estate Investments and Development segment is involved in the acquisition and investments in the real estate sector. The Corporate and Others segment includes corporate headquarter and consolidation adjustments which are not directly attributable to other reportable segments. The company was founded by Hua Seng Chew in April 1990 and is headquartered in Singapore.
