The Coal Trading segment purchases and sells coal from third parties. The Mining Services segment consists of mining contracting and project management for mining activities conducted at third party mines. The company was founded by Charles Antonny Melati, Dhamma Surya, and She Thong Huang in 2008 and is headquartered in Singapore.
