XRPUSD Alessio Rastani is calling for a target between $3.50 and $4.00 this year. I’ve been telling my father and the rest of my family for the past two years that the real target is between $4 and $8. They thought I was crazy—but to me, that range has always felt more realistic. He also identified the last couple lows as bear traps; he is bullish so long as we don’t make another Loehr low.

has now agreed to drop its cross-appeal. The SEC will keep $50M of the $125M fine (already in an interest-bearing escrow in cash), with the balance returned to Ripple. The agency will also ask the Court to lift the standard injunction that was imposed earlier at the SEC’s request. All subject to Commission vote, drafting of final documents and usual court processes. That’s all folks!
