Profit Maximizer StrategyFirst I would like to thank to @KivancOzbilgic for developing this indicator.
All the credit goes to him.
I just created a strategy, in order to try to find the perfect parameters, timeframe and currency for it.
I will provide below the same description like he has in the publish of profit maximizer
Profit Maximizer - PMax combines the powerful sides of MOST (Moving Average Trend Changer) and SuperTrend (ATR price detection) in one indicator.
Backtest and optimization results of PMax are far better when compared to its ancestors MOST and SuperTrend. It reduces the number of false signals in sideways and give more reliable trade signals.
PMax is easy to determine the trend and can be used in any type of markets and instruments. It does not repaint.
The first parameter in the PMax indicator set by the three parameters is the period/length of ATR.
The second Parameter is the Multiplier of ATR which would be useful to set the value of distance from the built in Moving Average.
I personally think the most important parameter is the Moving Average Length and type.
PMax will be much sensitive to trend movements if Moving Average Length is smaller. And vice versa, will be less sensitive when it is longer.
As the period increases it will become less sensitive to little trends and price actions.
In this way, your choice of period, will be closely related to which of the sort of trends you are interested in.
We are under the effect of the uptrend in cases where the Moving Average is above PMax;
conversely under the influence of a downward trend, when the Moving Average is below PMax.
Built in Moving Average type defaultly set as EMA but users can choose from 8 different Moving Average types like:
SMA : Simple Moving Average
EMA : Exponential Movin Average
WMA : Weighted Moving Average
TMA : Triangular Moving Average
VAR : Variable Index Dynamic Moving Average aka VIDYA
WWMA : Welles Wilder's Moving Average
ZLEMA : Zero Lag Exponential Moving Average
TSF : True Strength Force
Tip: In sideways VAR would be a good choice
You can use PMax default alarms and Buy Sell signals like:
1-
BUY when Moving Average crosses above PMax
SELL when Moving Average crosses under PMax
2-
BUY when prices jumps over PMax line.
SELL when prices go under PMax line.
Trend Analysis
Breakout Trend Trading Strategy - V2This is an alternate version of Breakout Trend Trading Strategy - V1
Only difference is, this strategy places stop orders based on calculated targets whereas V1 waits for price to close target levels and then places market orders. Hence, you will receive the target prices before trade executes in strategy.
Parameters are same as that of Breakout Trend Trading Strategy - V1
There is one additional parameter on Trade Type - which permits user to allow only breakout, pullback or reverse trading or combination of all.
Backtesting parameters remain same :
Capital and position sizing : Capital and position sizing parameters are set to test investing 2000 wholly on certain stock without compounding.
Initial Capital : 2000
Order Size : 100% of equity
Pyramiding : 1
Test cases remain same :
Positive : AAPL , AMZN , TSLA , RUN, VRT , ASX:APT
Negative Test Cases: WPL , WHC , NHC , WOW, COL, NAB (All ASX stocks)
Special test case: WDI
Negative test cases still show losses in back-testing. I have attempted including many conditions to eliminate or reduce the loss. But, further efforts has resulted in reduction in profits in positive cases as well. Still experimenting. Will update whenever I find improvements. Comments and suggestions welcome :)
Breakout Trend Trading Strategy - V1Strategy in nutshell:
This strategy is made to be used in daily time-frames. Works better on trending instruments where volume is available. Hence, this is more suitable for trending shares rather than currencies, commodities and indexes where volume data is either not present or not reliable.
Breakout signifies the continuation of trend. Hence, trade in the direction of breakouts. Breakouts are calculated based on high volume and price movement in a day. This will be combined with few other conditions to generate buy and sell signals along with stop and compound targets. Supertrend is used for trend bias. Our buy and sell targets do not directly depend on the bias. But, entry criteria in opposite trend is made much difficult than that of trend direction. Further explanation of method and input parameters are explained below.
Backtesting parameters :
Capital and position sizing : Capital and position sizing parameters are set to test investing 2000 wholly on certain stock without compounding.
Initial Capital : 2000
Order Size : 100% of equity
Pyramiding : 1
ExitOnSignal : If unchecked exit is triggered solely on trailing stop
Trade Direction : Long, Short or All. Short condition is riskier than long conditions and often results in losses as per my observation. On most of the stocks trending up, strategy will not generate any short signals. This is achieved by comparing yearly high lows to previous two years to decide whether to allow short or long entries.
allowImmediateCompound : Applicable only if compounding/pyramiding is enabled in trade. If checked allows to place compounding orders immediately. If unchecked, it waits for stopline to cross order price before placing next compound.
Display Mode :
Targets : Whenever breakout happens, show marker for upTarget and downTarget
TargetChannel : Show up target and downtarget as a channel
Target With Stop : Along with targets, show also stop levels for breakouts
Up Channel : Channel created from UpTarget and respective stops
Down Channel : Channel created from DownTarget and respective stops
ShowTrailingStop : Shows trailing stop and compound lines when there is a trading position.
ShowTargetLevels : Shows Buy Sell target levels along with stop and compound lines. Trades are done as market orders. Hence, target levels are displayed after strategy makes the trade. Since only one order allowed per side without compounding, target, stop and compound levels are shown sometimes even without trade being made. These can be considered as entry levels if there is no existing position.
ShowPreviousLevels : Shows previous buy/sell target levels. When enabled, layout can look messy.
StopMultiplyer: To Set trailing stop loss.
BacktestYears: Number of years to include in backtest
So far my test cases are:
Positive : AAPL, AMZN, TSLA, RUN, VRT, ASX:APT
Negative Test Cases: WPL, WHC, NHC, WOW, COL, NAB (All ASX stocks)
Special test case: WDI
Negative test cases still show losses in backtesting. I have attempted including many conditions to eliminate or reduce the loss. But, further efforts has resulted in reduction in profits in positive cases as well. Still experimenting. Will update whenever I find improvements. Comments and suggestions welcome :)
AlignedMA and Cumulative HighLow Strategy V2Based on earlier strategy published - AlignedMA and Cumulative HighLow Strategy. Adjustments are done in entry and exit criteria to make it work for shares.
Modified to preserve existing entry criteria + additional MA shift condition. Exit criteria is set based on supertrend and trailing stops.
Most of the parameters are already optimized. You only need to alter SupertrendMult for individual shares based on individual share volatility. Usually works within 2-4.
There might be bit of repainting. I am unable to understand if there is any. Any suggestions on further improvements welcome :)
Note to moderators : I have used 1000 as initial capital with 100% on each trade. As strategy does not compound - I believe this is reasonable. I have kept this setting as this makes it easier to compare with buy and hold return.
Soldiers Pattern ModifiedThis can be perceived as modified 3 soldiers, relaxed NR4 or even extended harami candlestick pattern.
Works for any instrument and any timeframe.
The idea is to find out any number of candles having their individual highs and lows, all within high and low range of base candle.
The count of soldiers and if they must be of same color, both can be configured.
Additional configurable settings is to add further check of having body of soldiers as well within body of base candle.
Trading strategy: Trade high or low breakout of base candle, having other as stop loss, for a risk reward ratio of 1:2.

AlignedMA and Cumulative HighLow StrategyCombining the indicators:
1. Aligned Moving Average Index :
2. Cumulative High Low Index :
3. Supertrend
Works best in long only for crypto and precious metals.
My scenario is to present how much you can earn by investing 1000 for full 10 years. Hence, I am using fixed 1000 initial deposit and 100% equity per trade without any pyramiding. This allows us to compare gains to buy and hold.
PMax Explorer STRATEGY & SCREENERProfit Maximizer - PMax Explorer STRATEGY & SCREENER screens the BUY and SELL signals (trend reversals) for 20 user defined different tickers in Tradingview charts.
Simply input the name of the ticker in Tradingview that you want to screen.
Terminology explanation:
Confirmed Reversal: PMax reversal that happened in the last bar and cannot be repainted.
Potential Reversal: PMax reversal that might happen in the current bar but can also not happen depending upon the timeframe closing price.
Downtrend: Tickers that are currently in the sell zone
Uptrend: Tickers that are currently in the buy zone
Screener has also got a built in PMax indicator which users can confirm the reversals on graphs.
Screener explores the 20 tickers in current graph's time frame and also in desired parameters of the SuperTrend indicator.
Also you can optimize the parameters manually with the built in STRATEGY version.
PMax indicator :
Profit Maximizer - PMax is a brand new indicator developed by me.
It's a combination of two trailing stop loss indicators;
One is Anıl Özekşi's MOST (Moving Stop Loss) Indicator
and the other one is well known ATR based SuperTrend
Profit Maximizer - PMax tries to solve this problem. PMax combines the powerful sides of MOST (Moving Average Trend Changer) and SuperTrend (ATR price detection) in one indicator.
We are under the effect of the uptrend in cases where the Moving Average is above PMax;
conversely under the influence of a downward trend, when the Moving Average is below PMax.
Built in Moving Average type defaultly set as EMA but users can choose from 8 different Moving Average types like:

WMA : Weighted Moving Average
TMA : Triangular Moving Average
VAR : Variable Index Dynamic Moving Average aka VIDYA
WWMA : Welles Wilder's Moving Average
ZLEMA : Zero Lag Exponential Moving Average
TSF : True Strength Force
Tip: In sideways VAR would be a good choice
You can use PMax default alarms and Buy Sell signals like:
1-
BUY when Moving Average crosses above PMax
SELL when Moving Average crosses under PMax
2-
BUY when prices jumps over PMax line.
SELL when prices go under PMax line.
Donchian Channels Strategy - Long Term TrendFor Educational Purposes. Results can differ on different markets and can fail at any time. Profit is not guaranteed.
This only works in a few markets and in certain situations. Changing the settings can give better or worse results for other markets. This is a longer term trend following strategy that uses Donchian Channels for trend following and uses the upper and lower bands to find price breakouts to enter the market and then uses the middle band as a trailing stop to exit. DCs are known as the original trend following strategy made by Richard Donchian.
Usually the middle band uses the same length of the upper and lower bands in its calculation but I included the default option of using a middle band that is double the length of the other bands, but also an option to use the regular input length that most Donchian strategies use if needed. If long term trends are somehow found, this longer middle band lets the profits run longer and lets you see where the long trends were at if the market had any. The double lengthed middle band looks surprisingly very similar to a 3x ATR trailing stop, which is the recommended setting Wilder suggested for trend following. If a good ATR stop or other trailing stop can't be found, this longer middle band can act as a substitute for it.
For some reason I can't seem to find anything related to Donchian strategies on here despite the popularity and simplicity of it, not even a single working one to my liking, so I made my own. It seems this strategy only works in trending markets. I intentionally handpicked a market that the backtest does well on to illustrate the potential it might have for other markets where trending following strategies might work on and what to expect the results in those might be. Trend following strategies are said to have high profits but at the same time lower accuracy due to the failure rate of being able to catch the right trend. If you all got any suggestions or feedback please let me.
Combo Backtest 123 Reversal & Fractal Chaos Oscillator This is combo strategies for get a cumulative signal.
First strategy
This System was created from the Book "How I Tripled My Money In The
Futures Market" by Ulf Jensen, Page 183. This is reverse type of strategies.
The strategy buys at market, if close price is higher than the previous close
during 2 days and the meaning of 9-days Stochastic Slow Oscillator is lower than 50.
The strategy sells at market, if close price is lower than the previous close price
during 2 days and the meaning of 9-days Stochastic Fast Oscillator is higher than 50.
Second strategy
The value of Fractal Chaos Oscillator is calculated as the difference between
the most subtle movements of the market. In general, its value moves between
-1.000 and 1.000. The higher the value of the Fractal Chaos Oscillator, the
more one can say that it follows a certain trend – an increase in prices trend,
or a decrease in prices trend.
Being an indicator expressed in a numeric value, traders say that this is an
indicator that puts a value on the trendiness of the markets. When the FCO reaches
a high value, they initiate the “buy” operation, contrarily when the FCO reaches a
low value, they signal the “sell” action. This is an excellent indicator to use in
intra-day trading.

BNB Burn BuyerThis strategy is only meant to be used on BNB.
It's more of an inconclusive analysis of the effect of BNB's quarterly coin burn.
To date there have been 13 coin burns.
According to Binance's whitepaper, each quarter, they will burn BNB based on their trading volume until 50% of all BNB is burned. They eventually will destroy 100MM BNB, leaving 100MM BNB remaining.
Historically, coin burns for the 3rd quarter happen around October 17th-18th. So keep an eye out for those dates.
I built this strategy to run some experiments and test the fundamental effect a known coin burn has on the price. So far more testing is needed. So leave your insights and comments below!
Turtle Trend Trading System [racer8]This is the Turtle traders' actual system which uses a 55 period channel for entries & a 20 period channel for exits. Enjoy ;)
Donchian Channels System [racer8]Donchian Channels was developed by Richard Donchian in 1949. They have been used with great success by the Turtles, a group of traders in the 1980s who managed to obtain returns of 80% annually. Truly incredible story.
This particular indicator is a trend trading system I coded that shows you when to enter long or short and when to exit those longs or shorts.
In addition, this indicator shows the past performance results that are incredibly valuable information for backtesting this system.
The high, mid, and low lines have been plotted to show how this system works. The blue line is the high line. The gray line is the mid line. The red line is the low line.
Entry signals are generated when the current close closes above the highest price for a long trade or below the lowest price for a short trade over n periods.
Exit signals are generated when the current close crosses the mid-line (aka. baseline) and closes.
Baseline = (highest price + lowest price)/2
I encourage you to play around with the settings, although I reccomend avoiding any period below 14.
This system is no bullshit, it's the real deal.
Good luck traders, and enjoy ;)
2 Candles Inside ATR2 agitated candles falling inside ATR range, awaiting possibly a big move.
Buy / Sell signals at combined high / low can be used as order with other as stop loss.
Counter trade, when this minimal stop loss is hit, is also as useful. However, wait till the SL candle closes, before opening position on the other side.
Works quite well on 15 mins chart, with settings of ATR duration 25 and multiplier 0.6. These settings are configurable, so feel free.
Golden Triangle StrategyGolden Triangle strategy setup is a variation of the buy-the-dip strategy, by Charlotte Hudgin.
You can find the detailed explanation here by Thomas N. Bulkowski thepatternsite.com
BUY
===
1. price should be trading above sma50
2. when it touches sma50 first time , check the starting rallypoint of where it initiated
3. from the above point to current close , see if you have white space , then draw the triangle
4. then check for volume confirmation ( current volume should be greater than last 4 ) --- I have slightly changed this to fit into hourly strategy by adding condition close>vwap
EXIT
====
1. Exit when close crossing down sma50 with at least 2% profit (slightly modified original condition)
StopLoss

This script was designed to demonstrate how you can use a single alert to move your limit orders around.
It is not meant to be traded live and has been built to work with Binance Futures Testnet.
You will notice a lot of plots with 5 different titles.
New = Place your limit buy at a fixed-price.
Move = Cancel the current limit buy and place it at the new fixed-price.
Filled = Cancel any limit closes and places them anew based on the new average and take profit.
Cancel = Cancels exisiting limit buys.
Cloes All = Limit close filled, no commands necessary.
The default quantity in the command is the minimum order size on Binance.
Settings
Live
- If enabled it will only place trades after the "Stat Timestamp + Start Delay" that you provide.
Start Timestamp
- Use something similar to epochconverter to get the current timestamp.
Start Delay
- Gives you 1 minute by default to start the script and create your alert before it begins looking for a new entry.
Leverage
- Default 1. Affects the "Take Profit and DCA When" Settings.
Take Profit %
- This is the percentage above the current average you'd like to place your position close at.
DCA When %
- The percentage below your last entry that you're willing to buy again.
Note: This strategy has no stop-loss and pyramiding is enabled. It is not built for, or recommended to run live.
I hope this opens some doors and helps advance your personal trading system.
Good luck and happy scripting!

Reversal closing priceThe reversal closing price (RCP) is a candlestick pattern which follows two simples rules:
the low price of current candle needs to be lower than the low price of the last 2 candles
the closing price of current candle needes to be higher than the closing price of the last candle
This generates a signal for a long position. For a short position, the conditions are inverted:
the high price of current candle needs to be higher than the high price of the last 2 candles
the closing price of current candle needes to be lower than the closing price of the last candle
Since RCP is a trend follower indicator, the strategy is programmed in such a way that long positions are only placed if the short period EMA is above the long period EMA, and short positions are only placed if the short EMA is bellow the long EMA. Both periods are configurable, and should be ajusted for each asset.
This strategy uses a fixed stop loss and take profit, and the it's ratio is configurable. The stop price is one tick lower than the lowest price of X candles prior to the order execution for long positions, while in short positions it's one tick higher than the higher price. The amount of candles to lookback (X) is configurable. Both stop and take profit prices are displayed, the first as a red line, and the second as a green line.
This is the setting that I've found to work best with TVC:SPX , but you may find a better setting. While the RCP is universal, it's placement depends on the trend and it's strenght, something that is very heterogeneous among assets.
I really wish that I was able to place images, but I don't have PRO, so text will have to do.
This strategy was designed by Alexandre Wolwacz, a.k.a. Stormer.
Combo Backtest 123 Reversal & Fractal Chaos Bands This is combo strategies for get a cumulative signal.
Stock market moves in a highly chaotic way, but at a larger scale, the movements
follow a certain pattern that can be applied to shorter or longer periods of time
and we can use Fractal Chaos Bands Indicator to identify those patterns. Basically,
the Fractal Chaos Bands Indicator helps us to identify whether the stock market is
trending or not. When a market is trending, the bands will have a slope and if market
is not trending the bands will flatten out. As the slope of the bands decreases, it
signifies that the market is choppy, insecure and variable. As the graph becomes more
and more abrupt, be it going up or down, the significance is that the market becomes
trendy, or stable. Fractal Chaos Bands Indicator is used similarly to other bands-indicator
(Bollinger bands for instance), offering trading opportunities when price moves above or
under the fractal lines.
The FCB indicator looks back in time depending on the number of time periods trader selected
to plot the indicator. The upper fractal line is made by plotting stock price highs and the
lower fractal line is made by plotting stock price lows. Essentially, the Fractal Chaos Bands
show an overall panorama of the price movement, as they filter out the insignificant fluctuations
of the stock price.

Function Polynomial Regression StrategyTo be clear I'm using the code from Richard Santos for the functional polynomial regression. I really loved his script idea (given that I'm into linear regression myself). I took his code and made a strategy which applies to bitcoin on the 5 minute chart (but you could adjust this for any asset), and you could make this work on anytime frame by adjusting the 'length' property of the regression until you get good results.
This strategy is very simple.
I drew lines to represent the bottom most part of the regression (green line), and top most part (red line). If the close crosses under the red line then you short. The reverse if it crosses above the green line then you go long.
Very simple but effective. To understand this script be sure to add Richard santos function polynomial regression so you can see what is going on and what I'm trying to do.
For example, on BTC with a length of 61 if you bought and held you would have only had 5% gain, instead with this strategy you are looking at very close to 60% gains! Now this could be a weird fluke of over-optimizing but I'm not sure this is the case because you can adjust the length from there +/- about 10 and still have good results. It's just certain lengths are the correct trading rhythms for different assets.
I'm excited to see how you guys use this and if you have any success. Be sure to thank Richard Santos for his great work!
