Beyond Technical Analysis
ASML - Nailed our short trade! How, Why, and What now?If you watched my video on why I was shorting ASML last week, you'd be quite pleased with the subsequent dump. This wasn't luck - this was understanding the algorithms, the basics of market dynamics and supply and demand, and doing what we do best - sniping a good entry to allow the HTF algorithms to be in control.
Let's keep this momentum up as the market and individual equities continue to offer us excellent trade opportunities!
If you haven't watched my SPY video that I just posted, please check it out as it's extremely important to keep an eye on the broader markets as a gauge as to when these liquidity builds might be happening and to understand if the market's movements are just that, liquidity building, or continuation.
Happy Trading :)
ASML - An exciting short trade I've been preparing forI've been analyzing price action on ASML for a few months and am very excited to finally be entering a position here once all the confluences line up. Lots of chop recently and price is still deciding where it wants to land. Luckily, utilizing algorithms and known S&D, we can get a good picture of which way and where that will be.
Happy Trading :)
Crypto Update - First entry successful, looking for moreWhile our first-entry zone held beautifully across the crypto board, I would love for a deeper push into demand to get filled on better and larger orders. I can see this happening in Crypto as well as the broader markets.
Yesterday was a nice push but I don't believe we're fully out of the woods for a long-term bull run.
Stay patient and wait for your entries to make sure you don't get stuck with a losing position and no funds in the reserve.
Happy Trading :)
REACTION to 90 DAY PAUSE on TARIFFS - Trade the Retrace!!! All the information you need to find a high probability trade are in front of you on the charts so build your trading decisions on 'the facts' of the chart NOT what you think or what you want to happen or even what you heard will happen. If you have enough facts telling you to trade in a certain direction and therefore enough confluence to take a trade, then this is how you will gain consistency in you trading and build confidence. Why you should WAIT for trades to come to YOU!In this video, we dive deep into one of the most underrated but powerful habits that separates consistently profitable traders from the rest: waiting for the trade to come to you.
It sounds simple, even obvious. But in reality, most traders—especially newer ones—feel the constant urge to do something. They scan for setups all day, jump in at the first sign of movement, and confuse activity with progress. That mindset usually leads to emotional trading, overtrading, and eventually burnout.
If you've ever felt the pressure to chase price, force trades, or trade just because you're bored… this video is for you.
I’ll walk you through:
1. Why chasing trades destroys your edge—even when the setup “kind of” looks right
2. How waiting allows you to trade from a position of strength, not desperation
3. The psychological shift that happens when you stop trading to feel busy and start trading to feel precise
4. How the pros use waiting as a weapon, not a weakness
The truth is, trading is a game of probabilities and precision. And that means you don’t need 10 trades a day—you need a few good ones a week that truly align with your plan.
Patience doesn’t mean doing nothing, it means doing the right thing at the right time. And when you develop the skill to sit back, trust your process, and wait for price to come to your level… everything changes. Your confidence grows. Your equity curve smooths out. And most importantly, your decision-making gets sharper.
So if you're tired of overtrading, feeling frustrated, or constantly second-guessing your entries—take a breath, slow it down, and start thinking like a sniper instead of a machine gun.
Let the market come to you. That’s where the real edge is.

The "Bearish" Short-term Outlook on the marketI apologize - this video was made mid-market yesterday and took a while to download for some reason. So we did subsequently close below the gap and continue downward wherein we closed the multi-day cup at the former low.
I am shorting this overnight and allowing for the subsequent liquidity build to happen (if necessary) before shorting again. There is plenty of more room to the downside if our strong selling was proven (which it seems it was with the incoming gap down).
Happy Trading :)

Bond Yields Ripping, Will Wall Street Take Notice?Rising yields can usually be associated with a period of risk on. But seeing the 30-year treasury yield rise over 20bp in Asia while Wall Street futures cling on to their cycle lows is anything but usual. In fact, it's a bad omen of things to come.

Weekly Market Analysis - 9th April 2025Here we are with another market analysis. This time, a bit late in the week on a Wednesday, but it is what it is! We have CPI today and PPI tomorrow, so this should be an interesting week. Overall, gut instinct tells me we would be pushing lower for the DXY, but again, i'm not betting anything on it. I trade the candles, I trade the structure, I don't trade guesses.
I hope you find the video analysis useful. Take care this week!

XRPUSDAnalyzing the XRP/USD chart on the weekly timeframe reveals a well defined head and shoulders pattern, which typically signals a potential trend reversal. In light of this, it is crucial to identify key support levels where the price might stabilise and potentially reverse back to the upside.
To estimate the potential price movement, I use a measurement from the neckline to the head of the pattern, which in this case suggests a retracement of approximately 50%. This projection points to the $1 level as a significant support zone. However, before reaching this level, the $1.40 support area could provide an interim floor for the price. If $1.40 fails to hold, the next support level would be around $1.10, and if that also breaks, $1 becomes a critical level to watch.
This scenario could present an excellent opportunity for investors to acquire XRP at a relatively low cost, potentially marking one of the last chances to do so before the Moon

Trade with me! Walkthrough as I short SPY on a 1 min chartThis is a long video and unfortunately we got cut off at the 1 HR mark right before the ensuing dump toward our TP level (currently 5 minutes after the video up 30% on the position).
Recommend watching on 2x, 3x, 4x speed if you want but also a lot of insights as to what I'm looking out for through my typing. I would have liked to do this with a mic but I'm in a loud environment and wanted to get this out to you.
Hope you enjoy and aren't bored (which sometimes, trading is just boring!)
