USDJPY bounce today may allow for a good short ahead of NFPThe bounce back in the USDJPY was a gift for bears. Despite the ISM services data, the rest of the data this week does suggest a possible move below the 141.50 and beyond. The FOMC is on pace to cut rates and with the BOJ hell bent on raising rates, this should help the pair lower regardless of what the NFP data looks like tomorrow.

ETH/USD Update - Still very predictable PA! We know our Algos! We are seeing price respect exactly what we prepare for. Now looking more long term, we know what we need to see in the HTF progression to see continued proof of tapering and breakouts of orange, and then ultimately red once we've disproved that.
Happy Trading :)

What I Wish I Knew as a Beginner: Daily ATR + Daily Open PriceIn this video, I dive into the crucial lessons I wish I knew when I first started trading, focusing on the Daily ATR and daily open price. Many U.S. traders believe they're getting an early start by waking up at 4-6 AM, but in reality, the New York session is the final session in the Forex market. By the time we hit our screens, the market might already be 'gassed,' with the ATR nearly maxed out.
I explain why understanding this can save you from chasing trades that have already exhausted their potential. I'll also discuss the importance of the daily candle open, when the ATR value 'resets,' providing fresh opportunities for day traders. Learn how to time your entries better and avoid the common pitfalls that can trap even experienced traders
TSLA - Exciting Price Action!! Don't miss the breakout again! This is exactly what we've been looking for! Teal Tapered selling is proving control once again - the progression in the past few weeks being Strong selling Red --> More tapered purple --> Tapered and bullish teal!
Now we await the disproval of our green taper by rejecting off of it and activated yellow strong buying to break out of it!
Happy Trading :)
This is Wyckoff VSA - Weakness Appears On Up Bars - No DemandIn this short video, Author of "Trading in the Shadow of the Smart Money", Gavin Holmes, explains the Law of Supply and Demand on charts but the most misunderstood law of trading and investing, No Demand on an up bar and Potential Hidden Selling on an up bar. Note that in the Wyckoff Volume Spread Analysis Method an UP bar is a price bar that has CLOSED higher than the CLOSE of the previous bar. Its the opposite for a down bar which has CLOSED lower than the CLOSE of the previous bar. Note in the Volume Spread Analysis method we do not analyse the open at all (nothing has happened yet!!) but the spread or range is key to the analysis combined with multiple time frames. The inventor of the Volume Spread Analysis method is the late Tom Williams, who was my mentor/teacher for over twenty years.
He passed in 2016 and I dedicate all of my videos to his memory. Thanks for watching, Gavin.
Gold, copper, silver: A hard or soft-landing conundrumMetals were all lower on Tuesday as investors braced for a hard-landing scenario. But not all metals fell equally. We take a look at gold, silver and copper to sort the longs from the shorts, depending on which variant of an economic landing we could be facing.

Average Number of Bars in Trades: 43 bars, which implies that each trade lasted, on average, 43 periods (in this case, 43 * 8 hours).

BTC Monday Range Play and KeylevelsIn this video, I analyze Bitcoin's (BTC) price action with a focus on a short-term Monday range play. I dive into the specific key levels where we could potentially see a reversal. We’ll break down how these levels have been acting as support and resistance throughout the trading week, and discuss the importance of monitoring price behavior at these zones.
TSLA HTF & LTF Trade PrepMulti-time frame analysis is key in this style of trading - and it takes time to get used to. The best thing we could do to set ourselves up for success is to PREPARE our charts and our trades to where we're only executing once we see our analysis come to fruition. We want to be ahead of the charts but only once we've gotten proper confirmation - and that's what our algorithms tell us.
Happy Trading :)
ETHEREUM Chart Update - Important Price Action ahead!!We are continuing to reject off of our orange strong selling algorithm on the buy-side; But, we are approaching our more tapered red and bullish white which have both shown signs of potentially controlling price on the buy side. We now wait for the sell-side to start proving itself which in-turn will begin the disproval process of orange and allow for a breakout there.
Happy Trading :)

To use this method Amazon AWS lambda service is used , what lambda does is that it provides us with a service that only uses processing power of amazon servers when the application is running . Most of its services for 1 year after sign up and afterwards the services are very cheap.
If there is any questions i would be happy to answer them .
Why ORB and VWAP Have a High Success Rate - Part 2Previously in the Opening Range Breakout (ORB) and the Volume Weighted Average Price (VWAP). In Part 1, we dove into the basics and all the important aspects of the ORB, but now let's explore why these strategies often lead to high win rates.
The Psychology Behind ORB
The ORB is powerful because it captures the market's initial reaction to overnight news and pre-market sentiment. Think of it like the opening scene of a movie: it sets the tone for what’s to come. When the market breaks above or below this range, it’s like the plot thickening—traders jump in, driving momentum in that direction. This momentum is often self-reinforcing, leading to sustained moves that traders can capitalize on.
VWAP: The Institutional Trader’s Compass
VWAP, on the other hand, is not just another line on the chart. It's the line in the sand for many institutional traders. It represents the average price weighted by volume, and it’s where big players often aim to execute their trades to ensure they’re getting a fair deal. When the price is above VWAP, it’s a sign of strength; below, it signals weakness. This makes VWAP an anchor point for many strategies, creating natural support and resistance levels.
The Power of Combining ORB and VWAP
Now, let’s bring it all together. When you combine ORB and VWAP, you’re essentially stacking two powerful tools that capture both the early market sentiment and the equilibrium price level that institutional traders care about. For instance, if the price breaks out of the opening range and stays above VWAP, it’s like a green light signalling that the bulls are in control. On the other hand, if the price breaks down and stays below VWAP, the bears likely have the upper hand.
The chart you're seeing is a perfect example of this dynamic. Notice how the price respects the VWAP and reacts strongly around the opening range levels. These reactions are not random—they’re the market’s way of telling us where the big players are positioning themselves.
To Recap All These
The high success rate of ORB and VWAP strategies isn’t just about the numbers; it’s about understanding market psychology and where the big money is flowing. By incorporating these tools into your trading, you’re aligning yourself with the natural rhythm of the market, increasing your chances of being on the winning side of the trade.
This combination gives traders a structured approach to navigate the chaos of the markets, and when used consistently, it can lead to more reliable and profitable trades.
